Homewood Suites by Hilton Bonita Springs - Extended stay hotel in Bonita Springs - 8901 Highland Woods Blvd, USA

Isabel was wonderful at check in, room was clean, cool and spacious with everything you need. Full size fridge, stovetop cooking, microwave and kitchen accessories. Shower had good hot water pressure with all liquid toiletries on the walls. Breakfast was fully stocked with many options hot and cold. Check out was great and Juli made sure to thank us for staying with Hilton and asked us how our stay was.

We sold our condo and had to wait 3 days before we moved-in to our new condo rental. This place worked out great for us. The kitchen area has 2 stovetop burners which is all we needed. The fridge was a pretty good size so we didn’t have to throw anything out from our old fridge. Our room was very clean. My wife works from home. There was plenty of room for her 2 computer monitors. She had a very fast connection for her work. The staff were all friendly. They have a large free breakfast each morning with a lot of options and a great eating area. Staying here was a win win for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thanks

This is a great place to stay in the Naples/Bonita area. The hotel is clean, suites are a god size and the staff are great. A bigger breakfast & evening social choice (plus a return to the old style 4 nights per week with hot meals), together with a computer and printer in the business area would make it even better.

Julie is great. I received a wonderful room upgrade. However the room left a lot to be desired. There was a woman's pin left in the bed. Both towel racks broke as soon as they were used. The fridge door was not cleaned. The sink was cracked. 2 of 3 towels were stained. The bedroom curtain also was stained. The staff is great. The location is outstanding. Just not your typical Homewood Suites standards.

Very clean hotel. Room was nice could have a little more selection of cooking pans and utensils. The staff was great. Breakfast was amazing every morning and the pool was super clean.

Excellent service. We had a problem with the room and Courtney was very kind in helping us. Thank you Courtney for adding value to your work by being so attentive and willing to help. Amazing breakfast, the kitchen lady was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and the location was convenient. But the property itself appears pretty run down, and the walls between rooms were thinner that you'd hope for. I guess over $200 per night doesn't get you much in 2023.
