Homewood Suites by Hilton Beaumont, TX - Extended stay hotel in Beaumont - 3745 I-10 Access Rd, USA

It’s going through a remodel and lots of construction but it’s still very nice inside the room. Room had a slight musty smell when we opened the door but Very clean and comfortable. I think it was a room that didn’t get a lot of traffic so ventilation remedy the smell. We only stayed one night but it was quiet and we rested well. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Overall I would recommend and will keep other locations for Homewood Suites in future travel plans.

We had a great experience at the Homewood Suites in Beaumont! Alfred was very welcoming when we arrived to the lobby. We were very pleased with our suite. The bathroom was very clean (better than most hotels these days). We slept great on the comfy bed. We appreciated the convenient location near many restaurants. The hotel is undergoing some renovations in the common areas but it did not cause us any disruption. One thing I did not love was the large, refillable shampoo/lotion containers in the bathroom. I simply do not trust the hygiene aspect of those, and would have preferred the mini bottles. Make surd to bring your own toiletries.

Excellent stay. Comfortable and quiet. Clean and fresh room. Now the breakfast, don’t miss out on Mr Michael’s waffles from his secret recipe. Best I ever had. He cooked them and served them with all the ingredients, looking picturesque for menu favorites. Staff was professional and courteous. 5 stars for a short stay right off the interstate.

We spent $280 on a very large suite for our family. Room looked great. But there was a smell of sewage that took our breath away in our suite. My husband politely told the front desk, and she apologized multiple times and said there have been several complaints on several rooms. But as we’re back in the car driving to our next destination, we’re noticing our pillows smell just like that room. Our clothes probably do too, I’m guessing. ;;((

Great hotel right off the highway. It was easy to get in from Houston with our two girls and get settled right away. Short ten minutes drive to everything we need and the family we came to see. The room is fantastic. Large, clean, everything you could need. I would recommend a few more necessities be added to each room like extra garbage bags, towels and toilet paper only so we don't have to bother employees for them constantly. The front lobby is under renovation and we have been having breakfast at the Hilton next door which works just fine. The pool area is a little lacking, no towels and some furniture needs replacing but the water was clean and comfortable. We had one issue of loud people across from us, what appeared to be a party maybe with a ton of people in one room but front desk handled it quickly and efficiently. Every member of the team we have spoken to have gone above and beyond. We leave Tuesday and will be sad to go!

My stay was exceptional. Check in was easy. Hotel smelled very nice and the bed and had the best sleep. So I showeredand water didn't fluate from hot to cold. I loved that. I loved the value of the room. I hope it want be long maybe two or three weeks before I can tell im gonna stay at this Hotel again, Thanks for a wonderful stay.

My husband and I truly enjoyed a wonderful stay! We found everything to be pristine. I loved how peaceful the property was. All employees aimed high to please us. Very spacious and inviting rooms with kitchen included. Overall, a great place to stay, we will definitely be back.
