Homewood Suites by Hilton Baltimore - BWI Airport - Extended stay hotel in Linthicum Heights - 1181 Winterson Rd, USA

The room was clean. Kitchen area and living room nice. I liked the 2 piece for between living and bedroom. The closet was set up nicely too for an extended stay. Pillows are to die for! Bathroom left something to be desired with Floorplan, painted door, and especially the bathtub needing refinishing. Staff was great when my plane was super late 2am and checking out in the morning the gentleman was so friendly and efficient. Price was nice!

Fair… I only stayed honestly barely overnight for NYE. The rooms are a decent size. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic, don’t expect too much lol. The elevator was a little dated and raggedy. Check in was simple and easy the clerk guy was nice and professional. The Breakfast attendant was nice as well. Nothing fancy. Served the purpose !

I had an exceptional stay at your hotel! The overall cleanliness of the room, common areas, and breakfast area was top-notch, exceeding my expectations. The staff's friendliness truly enhanced the experience, making me feel welcomed and valued. The value for the price paid was outstanding; the quality of the room and the overall experience surpassed what I anticipated. I can't wait to return and enjoy another wonderful stay!

We have used the Park and Fly deal at this Homewood suites many times flying out of BWI, and we drive down about 2 hours from Philly. We actually had bookend nights this time as we had an early morning flight out and a 1AM arrival back from our vacation. As usual from what we saw the property was clean, bright and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was also very nice, clean with nothing in disrepair. As usual we were happy with our choice.||||Just one question for Hilton and I think exclusively for the Homewood Suites. The bathroom tub and toilet area is in a separate room behind a door but the bathroom sink area is out in the open. We find that very odd as there is not a door or even a curtain for privacy brushing teeth, face washing and other bathroom duties. Just wondering the rationale behind that?

This place has roaches and as a Hilton Diamond Member I was appalled. I let front desk know and had my reservation canceled. They moved me to another side of the hotel, but I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in a roaches motel, I can't stand roaches, disgusting, so I went to live casino and played the slots til morning until the GM comes in. I immediately called corporate and made a complaint and I will never return to this place and I recommend no one to go there either. Now I have to find lodging for the rest of the weekend, which is going to be tough especially since it's a big football game in Baltimore. Hilton corporate wants to give me 20000 points for the inconvenience, or a refund. I'm like I should get a refund and the points why should I have to choose, I was the one inconvenienced. This makes me want to cancel my membership with them because all of the money I spent with them, in the past, they should do the right thing. It's not on me that they have folks operating roach motels in their name. Smdh

For the price, it seems pretty good. Room is clean, no bugs, and the front desk staff are friendly, I'm quite happy with it so far. Internet is a bit slow, but functional, might be a challenge doing high bandwidth stuff and I'm on the premium connection, but fine for email and web browsing.

Everything seems not to work. The laundry room out of service pool is out of service. The front desk is not helpful or welcoming. it felt like they weren't listening. Stay here before bout two years prior. Definitely two different experiences.

So we needed a 2BR hotel room. I'm not sure we needed bad enough to stay here. Luckily we only stayed 1 night before an early flight out. On arrival we checked in ok, but I went back to the front to sign up the shuttle for the next morning and found one worker having a meltdown and leaving the other by herself. It was a strange situation, but the nice lady that was left did well to get things back on track.||||on our return we called for the shuttle 3 times, each time being told to go to door 7 and they'd send the shuttle. after almost 2 hours, i decided to pay for a lyft back to our car. upon arrival, the hotel was pretty much surrounded with police cruisers and the shuttle parked. I'm not sure what was going on, but we got in our car and got out of there. ||||so between the skunky smell in the hallways and police AND the shuttle standing us up - this place is not a recommendation. I guess the positive (1 star) is our vehicle came home without any damage.
