I contacted the corporate office to resolve an issue with my stay. The staff didn't handle my problem with any concern what so ever. No air conditioning in 1st room temp inside was 85 degrees at 1am. There were other issues as well. Cigarette in the cabinet near plates, soiled sheets on bed, and water left in pot in pantry. The front office staff and housekeeping need more training. After several emails to the corporate office, no response! My problems should have been addressed. I can't believe that Hilton hotels allowed this to be swept under the carpet. Shame on you, Hilton! Resolve this issue! My wife and I spend over 100 nights per year in hotels. We are Hilton Honors members.

UNPROFESSIONAL HOTEL MANAGER AND COCKROACHES !!!! I never got a chance to stay here but I had a reservation but canceled along with 5 other family members that had a reservation. Read a bunch of reviews on google & Tripp advisor of people complaining of Cockroaches. I called today and spoke with the Hotel manager asking if she could let me know when the last time the hotel was stayed for roaches. She was so rude and unprofessional. I have never in my life been treated so bad by a hotel staff. She said four times that she will not be discussing this matter with me. Obviously she knows there’s a cockroach problem. Sure grateful I dodged that bullet… errr cockroach. Luckily all five of my family members were able to cancel our reservation. I think I was more surprised by the manager’s rude behavior than the cockroach problem.

I can't give a rating for the room because I never got one, but be warned - the staff here is not great and there is no air conditioning in the lobby. If you don't think that matters, know that they did not have rooms clean and ready for me and about 40 other guests (groups, families - probably 15-20 rooms altogether) at check in time (3 p.m.) so we had to wait in the sweltering heat. We were not offered cold water or anything. I had to pay for a snack and water while waiting 90 minutes. I finally gave up, as they had no ETA and terrible communication skills -- I walked to a nearby hotel and had a great experience.

Hotel room had a couple issues, such as shower door not completely closing and lights not turning on. But it was clean and comfortable. The big problem was the shuttle from the airport. I called three times asking for a shuttle, had to wait an 1 hour for it. If the problem was resolved, it would be an excellent hotel. Nice staff

Really disappointed in this home wood suites stay. They do not turn the AC on in the hallways, the AC in my room could barely stay at 70° on high at the coolest setting. Tried to use the fitness center and all 3 optical machines were broken. Notified the front desk and they made me aware it was only there responsibility to report the issue but a 3rd party company operated them and they were aware of situation. Suggested they at least put a sign on the machines to notify guests as I and 2 others were all trying to get the machines to work. They elected to do nothing, not even put a sign up like I siggested. They elected to not even put a sign. I also find it hard to believe they all broke at the same time like they claimed. Great location and decent concierge service. Would recommend guests to stay at a different Hilton hotel in area in future.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! COCKROACHES, DIRTY FURNITURE & OVERALL DIRTY ROOMS!!!!!!! Thank goodness I was only staying one night. Had I booked a longer stay I would have moved hotels. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay at the property. 24 hours prior to my reservation I received numerous communications from Hilton encouraging me to set up and use the electronic check-in feature. Allegedly, this would allow me to go straight to my room upon arrival, and I would not need to stop at the front desk. I decided to set up this feature as I would be arriving at 9:00pm-10:00pm due to a delayed flight. Upon arrival my party and I went straight to our room. The man working the front desk greeted us as we walked in from afar with a simple “good evening”. When my party and I made it to our room, I opened the Hilton app and attempted to use the remote check in/keyless entry. I tried to open the door a few times and received error messages with each attempt. The room I was booked in was a considerable walk from the front desk at this property. I called the front desk for assistance - no answer. I had my party wait at the door to the room, and I walked down to the front desk to see why I couldn’t enter the room using the keyless entry. When I spoke to the man at the desk he informed me that remote keys were not working, and we needed a physical key. I was frustrated by this because when my party and I arrived we walked through the front door with all our bags in hand. I understand that the man at the front desk can’t read minds but when he greeted us upon arrival, he could have used context clues and said “Good evening, if you haven’t checked in yet, the mobile key is not working so you will need a physical card”. I finally received my physical card and walked all the way back to my room to meet the rest of my party. The key worked and was able to open the door. Upon opening the door, my party had an extremely negative first impression. The room looked as if it had not been cleaned, and the filth had been sitting for a considerable amount of time. To put it plainly it was absolutely disgusting. The couch in the living room area was covered in some unknown fluid. It honestly looked like dried vomit. We saw and killed cockroaches that were crawling on the floor. When everyone went to sleep that night, we each laid on beach towels we packed from home for our trip. We did not want to physically touch anything in that room. No one even showered because they did not want to go into the shower/use the towels. I cannot truly express how dirty this room was. I brought these complaints to the front desk who apologized and informed me they would add 5,000 Hilton points to my Hilton account. I questioned the front desk to see if that is all they could do because I was not a Hilton rewards member. They stated “You are a member. You have an account created”. To which, I responded “I only created an account because I was prompted to make an account to utilize the keyless entry…which did not even work”. They stated there is nothing more that can be done. I am highly dissatisfied with this property and Hilton’s customer service. I do not have one positive thing to say about my stay, it was a complete disaster.

Free airport pickup, Continental breakfast was ok but very small and very crowded. We took an Uber to the ship and it cost $27 for a group 5. However you can pay $30 per person and the hotel offers a shuttle service. I had booked August 4 and when we arrived, they did not have our room ready. They said the air went out of our king, queen 3 room suite. They decided to give us two conjoining rooms at no additional cost however they raised the price by $100. After arguing with them finally just gave in because we were tired and just ready to go to bed. I also pre-booked for when we got off of the ship on August 11 through the 13th. We were supposed to have king queen 3 room suite on the stay as well. Well, they fix the air and part of that room not all of it had air. The master king suite was extremely cold with the 2 queen suite had no air at all. Was an absolutely horrible stay for the second time around. their shampoo and conditioner was out in the one suites and we had no hot water at all in the other suite. We travel multiple times per year and always choose a Hilton hotel however we are very disappointed in the quality of the stay here. The rooms were very dated and are in need of major repair and updates. In the suites you had a rundown couch and two kitchen chairs. There was a group of eight of us is why I got the suite and nowhere to sit. I decided to try to sit on the Ottoman, but it was broken so you couldn’t even sit on it. Again, very disappointed in this hotel and having a Hilton name
