People above us were very noisy, starting at 4 am one night. Room clean and shower nice. Door bar was mis mounted so it could not block the door from opening. Full size refrigerator with microwave were great to have. Elevator was unexpected but good for handicap access to upper floor rooms. Prices were good.

If I could give zero stars, I would! This is the WORST hotel that I have ever stayed in my life!!! I may run out of characters typing this post but it will be worth your time reading so that you will NEVER book a stay here!!! Before I list all the trifling conditions, I want you to know that I filed a complaint with the guest relations office and two days later, the General Manager reached out to me by email advising me that I should've complained to the front desk staff so other accommodations could be made. That was a joke because no one in their right mind would've wanted to move to another room after the front desk told me that my room #145 was one of the best rooms. After you hear the horrible experience that my family experienced, you will agree with me. We tried to find another hotel the first night but everything was booked because it was Memorial Day weekend. *Declined housekeeping and was told they don't do housekeeping daily anyway & to ask for extra linens as needed • Half roll toilet paper upon arrival. Only provided 1 new roll extra. • Dead roach found & several crawling on the second night • Rusted sprinkler heads • Mold around tub • Old tape holding up crevices of walls and baseboards and shower rod • Ants • Window with broken ledge across • Holes in curtains • Dusty. dirty floor - grandson went thru several pairs of socks after walking on floors and turning black • There is $100 fine for backing in to park • Exposed pipes underneath bathroom sink • Walls have built up stains and needs cleaning and repainted • Upon arrival, angry and upset customer asking for a refund because he had no A/C or shower curtain and he said the place needed to be shut down. He contacted the police and was waiting for them to arrive.  Staff told me that maintenance up and left, so it was nothing he could do for the man. Not even a refund until the next day. • Loose outlet plugs underneath lamps • Uncovered plug outlets at risk for fire • Stale cigarette smoke smell despite it being a non-smoking room. • Saw multiple dogs going and coming out of rooms but website says no pets allowed.

We got to the hotel and there was no shower curtain or toilet paper. There was also hair in the shower. I called down to the front desk and asked the girl for toilet paper and a shower curtain and noone came. I gave it about an hour or so before calling again and that tome someone immediately came and gave me toilet paper and a shower curtain which I put on myself. Then at night there were so many roaches crawling around in the bathroom and the kitchen area. Then a roach crawled on the pillow on the next bed over. It almost crawled on my baby. I couldn't even take a shower there I felt so disgusted. I had my babies with me and I did not feel like it was kid-friendly. I stayed here before for my birthday before and I didn't recall any bugs. I'm sorry but the ratings have to go way up before I even consider staying here again especially with my kids.

I booked my room here back in the beginning of July for a 9 night stay so that I could watch one of my daughters walk down the aisle at her graduation. After driving for 2 days I was so exhausted & couldn't wait to check into the hotel so that I could just get a shower & get some sleep. After checking in, I went into the room with only a bag of things that needed to go into the refrigerator. Once I opened the door to the room I was instantly grossed out. The room smelled musky & dirty. Once I turned the lights on, I was absolutely horrified. The room was disgusting. The walls were beyond dirty, the floor & bathroom looked like they haven't been cleaned in a very long time. When I looked at the bed, it was made, but there was all kinds of black specs of dirt all over the white cover. I then decided to inspect the bed. I pulled back the fitted sheet & to my surprise the mattress had so many good awful stains all over it, it had black dots all around the seems of the mattress which is a sign of bed bugs🤢 As I continued to inspect, I pulled the mattress from off the metal frame slightly & to my surprise all I seen where live roaches crawling all over the bed frame & the mattress. On the floor right under the bed frame were a bunch a dead roaches too🤮 I took a few photos & immediately ran out of the room. I went straight back to the office & informed the young woman in the office that I refused to stay in that hotel & asked for a refund. I checked in about 10:15pm, by 10:30pm I was checked out. I was told I would receive my full refund the following day. That was on July 25th, it's now July 27th & I still haven't received no notice regarding my refund. My refund was nearly $700. I had to drive around NJ late at night, over 1,500 miles away from home, looking for another hotel room. My daughter's graduation was the next afternoon on the 26th & I never even really got any sleep due to this nightmare I had just experienced. I don't know what's going on with my refund, but I will be going back to that hotel today to find out. The pics that the hotel posted of what your rooms are expected to look like are nothing even close. This is a serious case of false advertisement. How it's this hotel even open for business. They need to be shut down by the health department. Just bc someone is on a budget for travel does not mean they should be expected to stay in these conditions.

I don’t know where to start. The room reeked of urine. The floor looked like they haven’t been mopped all month. The room didn’t have any toilet tissue or towels in the bathroom. And when I said something to the front desk their response was ask us and we’ll give it to you. That is an expectation. No one should have to ask for something that should already be in the rooms. The bathroom had pubic hair in the shower. That means that it was not cleaned from the person before me. Please hire staff that care about their work. I understand it a cheap affordable room but it should be cleaned and stocked.

The place is disgustingly dirty. The rooms smell like a mix of sewage and cigarettes. The floors have caked up dirt everywhere. The furniture is damaged and falling apart. Wob KY tablea, torn seat cushions. The blankets covered in cigarette burns. They get upset when you clean your own room because they say it's their job but the rooms are gross upon arrival. Stovetop are covered in food. Walls covered in grease, cabinets falling off the hinges. Their is bare spackle throughout and what looks like two different colors of paint for touch ups on any given wall. The shower curtains are too short for the showers so the floor floods when you shower. Phones are disconnected in rooms with no cords to reconnect which is super convenient when you call to complain about the people above you keeping you up til 2-3 in the morning running, jumping and sliding furniture over your head and they can't get through to the room to address complaints which btw is all they will do. They won't enforce their supposed quiet time after 9pm rule. They will just let you suffer on no sleep through the duration of your stay ..or better yet offer to give you a better room (laughable) if you extend your stay but then not let you do it til the day of checkout when they tell you they can't accommodate and have a nice life. And don't bother complaining to corporate because they will tell you it's out of their hands even if it ended up costing you weeks worth of work in the process. Overall a horrible place to stay....go to the extended stay america- pacilli place if you want any sense of comfort or care.

Horrible place to go to due to floors covered with dirt/dust, roaches in the room, kitchen (microwave) nasty unclean due moldy stains from food, bathroom smells and moldy on walls/ceiling, blankets had rips, cigarette burns, sheets smells like urine, under the beds full of dirt and food crumbs, room smells like unpleasant smell, front desk office workers super rude with horrible attitude, coffee tasted gross as burnt watery taste, trash all over the small field next to parking lot, washer left outside, and tried to surcharge me nearly $6k for 3 night stay but luckily my bank disputed this. Having myself and my friend to report this place to health inspectors/state agency on this to have this place shut down. Never will go back and bad rating! No stars given but have to put at least one star.

Overall “ Ehh “ experience. Def don’t put your room key next to a damn thing; it’ll stop working. Front desk will ring your ear telling you all the things not to do with the key. I was told I was “UNABLE TO EXTEND MY STAY” after I expressed my frustration after the room key “ stopped” working 3 days in a row despite following all the craziness of avoiding all the places mentioned. Room isn’t in my name but for sure no longer welcome 😂
