Where to start? Let's start with the room. Mostly all right. However, the floor will turn your feet black if you walk around without shoes or socks on. The bathroom mirror is kind of wonky as it doesn't begin until the middle of the sink. This makes for doing anything at the sink that you want to use a mirror while doing it, extremely difficult, as you have to lean to the side to use the mirror. The shower is huge, however, there is no towel bar within five feet of exiting the shower. This means that either your clean towel has to go on the floor or you have to make your way to the towel bar while you are wet from the shower. The service was terrible as one person in particular has an attitude and is a liar. I stayed here a few weeks ago for five nights and no service was given to the room. That was fine, as I was told that my room wouldn't be cleaned and I did not want my room cleaned during my stay. Fast forward to this stay and all of a sudden my room is cleaned after the second night. When I asked why they cleaned it this stay and not the last stay, the older lady at the office told me that it is Red Roof Inn Corporate policy to clean the rooms after the second night. OK, which one is it, did they go against the policy last time that I stayed here or was she lying to me about it this time? It has to be one or the other. I also brought up to the same person that the description of the hotel says the room is EQUIPPED with, and FEATURES a stove top. However, there are no stove tops in any of the rooms. When I asked about this, she told me that there are hot plates that you can rent or buy during your stay. That is not EQUIPPED. Equipped means that it is included for no cost. This is blatant false advertising. The third time will not be the charm for me, as I will not be staying here again, mostly because of the attitudes of the staff. In the reply, the owner states that they don't advertise a stove top as an amenity in any room. The hotel page on the Red Roof web site states differently: Each room features a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, stove top, and dining area, making meal prep a breeze.

I had a fantastic stay at this motel! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Will definitely return!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I am never one to complain or leave bad reviews but, i felt like everyone should know what we went through and how gross the room was. It was absolutely disgusting. We live an hour from the beach and had a long day so decided last minute to book a room but with it being 4th of July weekend no where else had a room available. After we checked in we had a gathering we needed to hurry and get to so we quickly changed our clothes and left. When we came back from the gathering is when i checked the bed for bed bugs which i believe i saw. There were small brown dots which were either bugs or blood on the mattress. There was what looked to be blood on both the light switch and the curtains. There was a crushed bug on the sheet underneath the comforter. We thankfully were able to get a refund and check out. Because we were in such a hurry to get out of there due to bugs i ended up forgetting my book bag in the room(there were 4 of us and we had a lot of stuff). The next day I called to see if they had it and the woman was extremely rude, said there were no bugs and that she wasn’t going to give me my bag unless we paid for the room(that we did not stay in). We made the hour drive to go get my belongings with the thoughts that we were going to have to get police involved. The woman tried to say the spot on the curtain was a sticky candy spot (doesn’t matter what it actually was, it was gross). She ended up telling us she wasn’t going to dispute the refund she gave us but that we were never allowed back and she was going to “spread the word” to other hotels in the area. We NEVER planned to come back here either way, why would we? When we finally got my bag i was checking for my wallet and she told me exactly where it was(in a zipped part of the bag) so she clearly went through my entire bag. Pretty sure this is illegal. To note, this woman supposedly is also the manager of this location. Absolutely awful experience overall. I attached photos for reference it won’t let me add the videos.

My favorite place to stay. Place is always clean. DOES NOT SMELL LIKE SMOKE OR A BUNCH OF PETS WAS LIVING HERE. Great customer service and perfect location. A lot of food and stores nearby. Everything near like 5 minutes drive or less. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to anyone stay out here for leisure or business purposes.

Excellent staff. Attentive and responsive. Special thanks Marge and Bhumi. Nice clean room. I stay here when in the area. Location is convenient and close to shopping and dining. Good nights sleep. Good value.

Positive: I like the best my little lady in the front desk. She was very nice also although Workers was pleasant, the refrigerator microwave and bed was very. Very clean. bathroom was clean in plenty of towels Negative: The floor of the bathroom was kind of dirty and the floor in my room was kind of sticky. They should mop, they sweep the floor and mop more more often everything else was nice, and he was no soap Negative: ""

I will never waste my money at another hometowne studios. Their website lies. They do NOT have a stove top, only a microwave for cooking. They claim they don't accept animals however in the 3 day stay I was there I saw 6 dogs and 2 cats. I have a problem with with the younger man who entered my room while my kids were half baked. He didn't wait or care that they only had on a shirt and underwear. I think he wanted to see my children in the state of undress. Don't come here if you expect a kitchenette or have a service animal. They will kick you out for having one even though other people had their pets while I had stayed there. They kicked us out at 20 minutes til 1pm and then charged me for another night for leaving late, they asked us to leave almost 2 hours past the check out time. Bad customer service, lied about their service animal policy and the young man who works there likes to walk into your room while your child is undressing. Be aware and keep away

Long story short, if you are visiting the area, stay here,, other small hotels around at very low prices are not worth it. We walked in looking for something we can spend a few days, the front desk person welcomed us & worked with us since we were having problems with our credit card & let us checked in early even though check in time was not until a later time. The room is very clean, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion are a plus. We will be returning, we visit our grandkids often, this is the place to stay.
