LAST RESORT HOTEL!!! Stayed here on my trip and don’t get me wrong, staff was helpful!! Sorta… First night, got locked out of our room and had to pull out the ol Spanish I’m way to white to speak, to try to find someone to help us out. That took an hour and a half. Office closes at 7. It was 7:10. Finally got in contact with a maintenance man I think🤷🏼‍♂️ he was helpful! Now let’s talk about the room. We got up there, snot on the shower walls, blood on the door frame and toilet, what looks like male breeding fluid on the floors and bed… the list goes on. Went up to say something about it, they said “we can’t really help you, will you leave a review?” So here I am. Moral of the story, yes it’s cheap but you get what you pay for!

The worst room I have ever been in. Four police cars in the parking lot. Marijuana, pungent odor as I walked to my room. When I opened the door, the light didn’t work, and the place was despicable. No batteries in the remote, a small couch in the corner that I wouldn’t sit on to save my life. The bathroom sink was filthy, the shower was without soap, and very dirty. The bedroom had a bed and a small end table. No TV no chairs and not nice at all/filthy. Priceline should not be advertising this property and I will tell them that whenever they allow me to post on their site.

I was looking forward to a one night stay here and was very unhappy with the quality of the room and ended up not staying. The kitchenette cabinet had fallen off and was just sitting on the floor, the white bedspread had suspicious stains, there were holes kicked in the wall and others that had just been patched up. The staff was friendly and the booking experience was fine but I was so disappointed I did not choose to stay the night.

I had gotten a room for two nights during a business trip through Expedia. The check in is only open till 6 or 7 and I was unable to make check in either day because I was working. I called the front desk and they were extremely rude and refused to give me a refund or accommodate my stay. I ended up staying with a friend because they refused service. They had no problem taking my money and never refunding me. I'm almost glad I didn't have to stay here after reading previous reviews due to safety and cleanliness concerns. Will never stay here and would recommend to no one unless you can make the early check in and like having money taken when you've never stayed at the motel.

My first experience here was not good, but in all fairness, when I left my first review I didn't know that it was changing hands. I came back here and the staff was different and much more helpful, the rooms are clean, and the grounds are way more secure. Olga, the manager will make sure that your accommodations are met and your stay is enjoyable and reasonably priced

Drugs just sitting on the heater. Identified as fentanyl. This hotel is deadly. Mold. Red staining on the bottoms of the mattress from bed bugs. Piles of trash everywhere. Cigarettes in the windowsill. Tv non functioning. Microwave missing tray. Immediately got headaches and felt unwell. They refused a refund. Disappointed is an understatement. Doing reports and complaints with the city and county and will hopefully get this place closed down. Actively trying to get a refund by disputing the charge. Just disgusting in every way. Ruined my birthday. Refund was refused and they charged me an extra fifty dollars beyond the advertised rate.

Positive: Nothing. This place was disgusting and dangerous to stay at. Negative: This place should be shut down. The room had not been cleaned and who knows how long, the bathroom was disgusting there was blood on the walls and they were rodent traps in the room.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I had the worst experience here. I had booked this hotel through priceline before even seeing the facility. Upon arrival the first impression was already not great. There was somebody dismantling and taking apart a car right outside of the hotel in the guest parking lot. When i walked in to get my key, I was sketched to find all of the employees working behind a sheet of thick plexiglass. I should've left then..but I decided to atleast check out the room and got my room key. I proceeded to look for the room that I was in, when pulling up to the side of the building we noticed a couple smoking out of a glass pipe (not marijuana.) I'm not sure of it was Crack, fentanyl, or meth...but unwanted going to stick around to find out. We decided to leave before even setting foot in our room. The overall vibe of the hotel was incredibly sketchy and we didn't feel comfortable or safe staying, let alone leaving our rental car in the parking lot. I returned my room key to the young gentleman behind the glass and he said that he didn't blame me for not wanting to say there. When your own employee agrees that it's not the best place to stay, there might be an issue. I wrote multiple emails to management trying to get a refund for my three night stay considering that I didn't stay in the hotel more than ten minutes and they refuse to give me my money back. They also have yet to refund my fifty dollar safety deposit... Terrible customer service, terrible management, terrible hotel, and a terrible experience.
