Really impressed with the red roof and hometown suites. I ran into a couple hiccups during the booking process and Mike quickly and promptly took care of the issues.The hotel is immaculately clean and the staff is very courteous and professional. I love the jacuzzi in the suite and the location is very convenient. If your looking for a great hotel that has fresh air systems all throughout with comfy beds this is the place to come. I will definitely be returning.

We stayed 2 weeks people had pets left and right, we happened to get room service one time and to order room service it was a hassle because this hotel must be franchise owned. There was a gentlemen that would answer the front desk phone with roosters in the background. Not to mention the dryer here doesn't dry clothes all the way you have to make it to a local laundromat to wash and dry. Kitchens are wonderful but bathrooms have leaking toilets and smell like sewer they stink up the whole room!

We arrived in the middle of the night, and although the elevator was temporarily out of service, the kind staff member helped us carry our luggage. The 24-hour reception is very convenient for travelers. The room was clean, and the service was excellent.

This place is nasty move the fridge you will see roaches scattering. staff goes in your rooms when your not there, leaking acs, hallways smell like pure Tobacco and house keepers all look like some dope heads. I will never stay in something as scary as this place in my life again avoid coming here there just money hungry and rude.

This is an excellent place to stay. It is very clean and great for the price. The gentleman at the front desk, Dave, was very friendly and helpful. He worked with us to get a room as a walk in. Would highly recommend.

I stayed at hometown Studio Chicago Naperville North Aurora for around 11 days total at one point I even booked an additional room for a family member. I came in contact with several staff members some of which I don't have their names the ones I do are Kumar, Maria, and Annie. These people as well as the cleaning staff I met in another manager were very helpful with great personality and amazing customer service. The rooms are very nice and accommodating and suited all my needs. Any needs concerns that I had were handled very promptly with no issues at all. The only problem that I had was with the app that I used to book the room and again Kumar Maria and my apologies that I don't know the name of the other manager that handled it they were on it ASAP and they spent about an hour and a half if not more dealing with a very uneasy to deal with customer service team from the app that I booked with. Again please understand this problem was no fault of the hotel or any of the staff and they still spent their time handling it and technically they did not have to I was very appreciative and I recommend this hotel to anyone that's traveling and needs to Lodge in that area. Thank you Hometown Studios for the great stay in the great service at any point that I need to be in that area again I would definitely be back to your establishment

The rooms are remodeled and pretty nice, clean, and spacious, however the hotel itself is located in a somewhat sketchy area, and it is very understaffed. The check in process is done via a remote kiosk.

Mia is a great employee to work with the rooms are clean services is great I would recommend coming to red roof. Is always wonderful to chit chat and have nice conversation with Mia and she is always looking out for you and ready to help for any issues you come to her .she is doing a. Real nice job,good asset for red roof,keep up the good work Mia
