My daughter and I recently stayed at this hotel during a long drive through central New York back to Philadelphia and it was a wonderful find. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully remodeled. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The entire hotel had a welcoming ambiance that made our stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the area. The level of cleanliness and the comfort of the bed were exceptional. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a comfortable stopover. Many thanks to the owner and staff for their hospitality!

The room was absolutely beautiful, and the entire building is kept very clean! The kind lady at the check in desk, Sierra, was very helpful in giving me directions to my room, and was a pleasant face each day of our stay! I would absolutely recommend others to stay here.

When we arrived at the hotel, noone was at the Front Desk. Rang the bell a few times. OK, that's fine, they were in a meeting. Had requested a room on first floor & was assigned second floor. OK, I'll live with that. Rooms have been upgraded but definitely "no frills" - strange that kitchen area has no lighting. I mentioned to the staff at the Front Desk & she stated I was the 4th person to mention that that morning. So odd that bathroom toilet has no toilet cover. Have never seen that before. Bathroom was painted baby blue (yuck). At 10:00pm, the alarms went off & all guests had to head outside of hotel. A guest mentioned this was the 2nd time this happened in a week. 15 minutes later, the fire dept showed up. On the plus side, the beds were very comfortable, as well as the pillows. Odd that the pillow have security devices installed inside the pillows. Never encountered that before. Lastly, I had to question why my bill was $45 more than the quoted & confirmed price upon booking 2 weeks earlier. Noone could explain the discrepancy & I was issued a credit by mgmt whom I never encountered as Reception stated they would leave message for manager. If I hadn't caught that oversight, would have been charged an additional $45! They need to do a lot of work on this hotel.

I recently stayed at the HomeTowne Studios and Conference Center in Cortland, NY, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is very new, which means everything is modern and in excellent condition. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to the highway. One of the standout features of this hotel is the courteous staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any needs or questions. Overall, I highly recommend the HomeTowne Studios and Conference Center for anyone visiting Cortland, NY. It's a top-notch hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Stayed here with a group for a baseball tournament so the hotel was chosen for us by our travel ball organization. The location was convenient to where we were playing with several fast food places/grocery store/liquor store/park with fishing all nearby. The common areas seemed cleaned, room was clean but beds were very small and uncomfortable. Also, everyone in our group commented on the fact when you walk in the doors, you are immediately hit with a strong, unidentifiable smell. That smell did not go away the whole time we were there. Lastly, very disappointed the pictures online of the pool looked really nice only to find out it was closed during our stay with no explanation why.

Stayed for one night while in area for college orientation. Place is new and certainly had that feeling. Front desk was extremely pleasant and check-in/checkout was easy. Room was clean and bed was comfortable for one adult. Bathroom was also clean and shower was perfect. Close to SUNY for families with fast food options surrounding hotel. Hopefully the hotel can stay nice for future visits!

I stayed here with my sister and it was the best experience. I’m so glad I picked this hotel. I’m a neat freak and this place exceeded all my standards. The people were also so friendly. Would HIGHLY recommend for anyone that needs a stay in the area.

Stayed there while dropping off daughter at Ithaca College. Had 2 rooms reserved and even though we were told that we could have rooms located next to each other over the phone when we got there to check in the lady working the front desk wouldn't help us. Of course the fire alarm went off that night and we had a bit of panic when trying to locate each other on opposite end of the hotel. There is a pool advertised as an amenity but the desk said it was closed because it hasn't been Inspected by the health inspector yet. Room was fine but nothing special. Big potholes in parking lot. Be careful driving.
