I own a small taxi service in Southwest Michigan. I drove a customer to this location because she wanted to check into a room. When she looked at the room there were cockroaches running all over the walls and floor and it smells like someone had been chain smoking cigars and weed

I had a great stay when I stayed there. The staff was nice and helpful, most of the people were friendly, and I’m happy that I stayed there.

Ok place needs more cleaning tp the room's and made feel welcome and homey

Right next to Police Station But trust me when. I tell you, this is not a safe hotel to be at 20 + red flags🚩🚩🔴 Drug users rent 98% of the 230 rooms here. As far as The rooms. .. The rooms with doors located with outside entrance HAVE ROACHES 120% SURE OF THIS BECAUSE I'VE STAYED IN ROOMS 104 — 213 AND ALL THOSE ROOMS HAD ROACHES. NASTY floors, bathrooms are disgusting, the rooms had not been cleaned thoroughly at all in over 6 months at least. THE STAFF ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN IT COMES TO ROOM SERVICE, MAINTENANCE ISSUES, BUG SPRAYING, ROOM CLEANING, LINEN EXCHANGE, COURTESY TO CLIENTS/CUSTOMERS, etc. Beware!

If you get into the parking lot without being rear-ended, you still should check that the potholes didn't eat a tire or break the suspension. Also, although it is conveniently located next to the police station, be sure to watch your surroundings as it tends to draw a rough crowd.

Its not the owners it's the clients that stay. This hotel does a service for the town, at an affordable price. With that thank you from those who use ur place to stay

Hated it was maintenance man for five months(not much of a choice had my wife and daughter to put a roof over their heads) the owner doesn't pay worth crap and doesn't care about the place only collecting money. Not to mention the bed bugs also the cops are there left and right.

Place is easy to find. Rooms are clean and management is always nice. When I come to this town for a visit I always stay here because the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable
