This hotel is cheap for a reason. I was charged $10 for stains on towels and pillowcases. These are laundered items. The evening clerk stated I would be getting my deposit back if there is no damage. To be charged for a stain on the towel and pillowcase is beyond ridiculous. Save yourself the grief and stay somewhere else! The morning manager took pictures of the towel my son used to clean himself with. Totally absurd!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
The owner 's response is disingenuous. I did not make reservations. I asked if they would match the 3rd party booking sites. The night clerk agreed. Charging for stains is absurd. If you are going to have this type of policy it should be spelled out plainly so that customers can decide to go to another 2-star hotel for an additional $10 & no deposit.
If this business was more transparent about their fees, consumers would clearly see that this hotel is not the best value in town.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for derby weekend and we enjoyed it. It was very quiet and the rooms were clean. The staff was very polite and friendly. They run a tight ship and we appreciated that. It made us feel comfortable and safe while we stayed. Def stay here again when in town.
Terrible! ⚠️ Caution!!!! Right off the bat elevators out of order, before signing papers or even seeing the room asked for money back and to cancel the room completely front desk refused. Was going to give it a try, the pool is across the street at another hotel they share with, Found BED BUGS and BLOOD on the mattress with NO mattress protector! Asked for a full refund only being checked in for 5 minutes! The best the manager would do is make us pay for ine night and leave the property and only refund us the other two nights we had planned! This place will steal money from you if you are unsatisfied and they do not allow vaping at all and no information is clarified before hand! Terrible Terrible experience! Also the cameras only record video and not sure that is completely true but from the managers mouth the cameras do not have audio so the conversation between me and the front desk was not recorded and should have been!
I reserved this room 6 months ahead, and got a fabulous rate. And the room itself is updated, decent bed, needs a new mattress, however bathroom is decent also, for the price I was sure it was going to be a dump, and everyone else in the area was price gouging for the eclipse, this hotel was in there too but not quite as bad. The issue came when first I got trapped by the sliding glass doors, that we had to get fixed, they were good with that, however, they did try to blame us for using towels to clean ourselves with claiming possible need to replace said towels when laundering would take care of said "stains", the other problem we had was so called "occupancy issues" the prevailing attitude was only 2 people could be in any room that had a king-size bed, there where not posted occupancy codes, so we had to assume the staff said such to police their establishment. The next issue was a very poorly provided "breakfast"; yogurt, and micro mini muffins are not breakfast, in addition the coffee was beyond rank. The staff was argumentative, demeaning, and overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It completely felt like I was an interloper in their establishment not a guest.
Having said all that, if and only if, they had better attitudes and service, and fixed their breakfast choices and quantities allowed, perhaps it could be a decent place to stay. But, this staff will not do so, quoting none existent health codes and occupancy restrictions make them look very unwelcoming.
The man behind the counter is the rudest person I've never dealt with. We had to leave. I'm going to find the owner of this fleabag place and report him! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
I'm not after apologies. If this person is not fired, I'm taking this to the BBB. Look at all your bad reviews on this rude person. I'm just getting started with this.
Shameless profiteering going on here the night before the solar eclipse. Guests turning up without a credit card (including us and at least 4 others we witnessed) were denied check-in to the room they had already paid for in full (with of course no refund), or asked to pay for a fresh reservation at the going rate that night - almost certainly the busiest night in Bryant's hospitality history - two or three times more than normal. Many would have felt they had no choice.
True, it is the stated policy of the hotel that guests must present a credit (not debit) card at check-in to cover incidental costs - but where they just don't have one (and guess what - many people don't NEED a credit card) there are several ways in which the manager could have allowed guests to stay at no extra cost without breaching the precious "hotel policy".
We walked away, wanting nothing further to do with that establishment, and I would strongly encourage all right-thinking potential guests to STAY AWAY on principle.
My parents made a reservation online and it was all downhill from there. My mom is legally blind and they stated since her online reservation didn't include her "pet" they couldn't accommodate him. Then my dad spoke with the woman and she demanded he give his credit card information over the phone. Once they arrived they knew immediately they weren't going to be staying. Their credit card company said it's a common scam hotels run saying there are issues with booking 3rd party and then taking your info over the phone as a scare tactic. Then when I read the reviews there's a pattern and the management just keeps trying to talk around the issue. Bad business for sure. There are way too many options in the exact area to risk staying at this hotel.
I'm not sure why it would be assumed and mentioned another person's review, but I see they have also made an edit after the manager posts lies. I have no idea who that person is but it seems they had a very similar experience. Unfortunately for the manage the call demanding a CC over the phone was recorded. It also appears they're paying/bribing people for good reviews.
I came in after a long day of traveling and had a hard time finding a room. This location had a clean room available very quickly for a very affordable price. Management is very friendly and I highly recommend this stay. I would stay here again while traveling.
Awesome experience, beautiful lobby, great prices, easiest process to set up a storage space and autopay setup was a breeze. I love how they have cameras and climate control, and they have specialized locks for even more safety and security!
This was my first visit here and it's honestly the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had, and the coffee was great, too! I had the Bodega Breakfast Sandwich and a Mayan Mocha - - O M G!! I was also talked into getting a side of side of potato wedges
This is a AMAZING place to got to if you want to get something for breakfast. Their food is super high quality, and their donuts are super fluffy. It's perfect, and you have a great menu to choose from! Amazing customer service, the employees are so
I second what Becca Wilson said...
This really is a great playground. There are so many fun areas to play for children, all easily visible while walking on the path that goes around the playground. All fenced in, the bathroom is inside the enclosure
Asian cuisine in a spot that is almost missed if not looking even though it is right on the main street. Seems to be a mixture of Asian foods but specializes in Hibachi. I had Hibachi Chicken and the to-go box was packed. They separated the chicken f
