Owner is friendly and helpful. He had his housekeeper take me to the rooms to see them before I rented he told me about the weekly and monthly specials and it's quiet. The beds are comfy it's a budget friendly room and for the price I'll stay here every time I'm in Greensboro.
Definitely a good, quiet, private, and cheap motel. Great weekly rate, $265, which breaks down to $37 and change per night. You won't find many rooms in Greensboro even close, maybe 1. If you're looking for everything to be EXACTLY to your liking and like to constantly complain about the littlest of things then you can go pay upwards of $500 per week somewhere else, and probably still not get everything done EXACTLY how you like it. Weekly rooms could be a little more fixed up but they're not terrible. On the second day my A/C unit got a lot less cool but I was given a box fan immediately as there were no more weekly rooms available to move me to. Personally, I'm not picky so I was satisfied with that. Having worked in the cheap motel industry I know how these places operate and are taken care of. This one is very decent compared to most. Like the saying goes, "You get what you pay for". The staff is very polite, friendly, and will do their best to fulfill your needs. Any time I had an issue it was dealt with right away and without attitude. Has gas station/convenience stores, grocery store, bus stops, and highway access within walking distance (is actually located next to an offramp). It's basic lodging with necessities close by. Prices are definitely on point. If you're a perfectionist complainer this is not the motel for you!! I personally love it and have been here before (on a nightly basis) and will without a doubt be returning. This has been a very relaxing, quiet unplanned stay. Thank you Homestead Lodge Owner and Staff🌞😎🛌👍
This is the worst place to ever live and especially if you are raising children. These people have no remorse for non working tvs, air conditioners, refrigerators, showers. Every morning you wake up the water be off and then they’ll say that they don’t know when it’s coming back on. The rooms are invested with bugs, and the Wi-Fi only work by the office. This place should be knocked down and rebuilt
July 30th A woman was found dead in the hotel and her son saw her under that blanket then everyone coming around them the ambulance came then the manger came and called the husband for the money and the key card the family came to clean the room out and they threw all her stuff away I hate this hotel
I was looking to get a room from this place and the manager Christine Harrison was extremely rude. Before I could fully check in she is asking me who is going to be in the room and telling me who can't visit the room. She went out of her way to go look at my car to see who was it and was asking me about my family. I'm giving you my money for a room this isn't a damn shelter where you have control of who visits. I went ahead and got my money back and will never visit there again.
I stayed here over a single night in September. I've passed by this place a million times over the years since it is right beside the highway, and decided to finally try it since I was in the area overnight.||||The price was cheap- 42.00 total; on this Saturday night they only had 2 smoking rooms left, so I took one. The entire lot was being paved that same weekend and everyone had to park on the road; I tried to cut them some slack even though that was a major inconvenience to have to carry all my belongings that distance to the room.||||I knew something was wrong when walking through the complex to my room. Generally, if you see signs that people are living long-term in motel rooms, that isn't a good sign. Things like charcoal trills outside the rooms, bicycles, lounge chairs, etc. There were also a number of questionable characters around; men with no shirts but covered with tattoos- gang members? They were nice to me, though, but it wasn't comfortable.||||The room itself was shabby and poorly maintained, although the basics- TV, water, A/C- all worked; everything was fairly clean with no bugs even if it wasn't much to look at. I got a reasonable night's sleep, with no noise in the room.||||The front desk said that the rooms had wi-fi, but in my room there was absolutely none. In the past, I've taken my portable around to see if there was reception anywhere, but I wasn't about to do that with the aforementioned characters lurking around.||||Despite the low price, this motel is just a bit too much of a ghetto even for a cheap traveler like myself to handle. I would definitely try to stay somewhere else if at all possible.
Nasty disgusting the manager terrible the hotel old nasty roach infested everything falling apart from walls to ceilings it was raining in my room on my bed for about 3 days a week before they fixed anything you couldn't speak with the manager he was very unprofessional and didn't know how to speak to people don't like to give refunds wouldn't recommend this place for no One they need to tear it down
They have a million roaches!! There carpets have Mold or w.e.!! Tv stop working!! Weird ppl always standing outside!! Then they charge you full price knowing all this. By far the worst motel/hotel in the world cause youll become best friends with the roaches..trust me.
Brandon is an awesome coach. I took a workout class with him and learned some new workouts and had a great time. He's a great coach and a great person. Highly recommend!
My favorite coffee shop, itâs the spot for the cozy girlies. My partner brought me here for the first time and since then itâs been the spot. I like their lattes and egg omelette.
