Homegrown Kitchen - Health food restaurant in East Aurora - 650 Main St, USA

I rarely review something negatively, but this place has me a little confused. It's called home grown, which makes one think healthy/conscious, but they are serving processed turkey slices and frozen shrimp. They offer no recycling or composting options which eliminates the benefit of compostable takeout containers. The food was passable but not anything too exciting. I think they have a great idea, they just need to be a little more authentic to their name.

Loved the atmosphere provided by the welcoming employees! Had some groovy beats playing to accompany the delectable menu. So many healthy options served fresh to your liking! I got the Orange Dreamsicle smoothie and they were able to sub out the banana with pineapple seamlessly! It was delicious paired with a Create Yours Salad :)

Really great selection, fresh and healthy ingredients, and delicious dressings! This place was the perfect spot for lunch. The inside was spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also loved the smoothies! Would definitely stop here again.

The Besto' Pesto salad I had was phenomenal! I LOVE basil, and I love pesto. This was a home run for me. My first time there today, and I will definitely be back again. They will customize your salad however you want. I also had the Protein PB&J smoothie, and that was delicious!!

Very unique atmosphere and fresh food. I loved the boards with the menus.

Let me tell you, this place is great. Specifically, when my food is supposed to be warm/hot, I like it warm/hot. Now, naturally, when you pick up that can be hit or miss. That's why I love this place. My wife just picked up an order and the employee waited until she arrived before pressing my panini. When she came home and told me, I was thrilled. The only thing that topped it was the meal itself. It was delicious!

What an awesome addition to EA! It was my first time in so I had no idea what to order and the gentleman working was so helpful and patient. I'm not a huge salad person but I could not stop eating the kale salad I ordered! Absolutely delicious. Their juices are a must!

Craving a healthy meal where you'll actually leave full on $10? Stop at Homegrown kitchen. Good sized salad and grain bowls you can eat in or take to-go. The menu has some good places to start but staff will gladly make substitutions to fit your tastes. My favorite is the Curried Away bowl w Falafel instead of Chicken and quinoa instead of rice. Delicious! Service is pretty quick if you stop in or order in advance online.
