I've been living here for about 2 weeks now, and I love it. From the beginning, Sam has been nothing but amazing. She is so sweet and patient. While touring where we wanted to live, she was very knowledgeable about the property, told us what was nearby, and didn't get annoyed with the millions of questions we had asked her. After moving in, we had Anthony with maintenance show us the inside and make sure everything was perfect (which it was). Overall, im so happy with our new home, and i love that they have made us feel comfortable with asking any questions we have. They are so nice when answering the phone. The customer service is top tier. If you're thinking about living here, definitely pull the trigger. You are going to love it. Thank you again to Sam.

I have lived here for a year now and my boyfriend has lived here for 3 years and Vanessa has been AMAZING! She has helped me and my boyfriend on numerous occasions and she is really a light in the leasing office. I cannot recommend working with her enough. She helped us get extra garages and move in dates and coordinating moves which was wonderful. We love Vanessa!

Update to my previous review! People matter and Voices are important! Initially, I left a review with a one star rating due to many issues related to our living experience. Since that review which was posted last week, my husband and I had a very honest discussion with Stephanie, Business Manager at The Preserve. We were able to resolve the issues and received our security deposit with the exception of a few logistical items which is standard. Key takeaways are: 1. Brand integrity is very important! 2. Communication and transparency are vital to eliminating misunderstandings. 3. Not all tenants are looking for handouts and do have valid concerns. 4. Positive experiences are crucial for businesses to succeed and for tenants to be happy. We are very pleased that Stephanie took the time to address all of our concerns without rush to truly enhance the experience from beginning to end for new residents. Thank you Stephanie, Raven and owners of Lewis Management for delivering on upholding brand integrity. I wish that these stellar employees had been present early on for our stay. While our living experience wasn’t 100% we are hoping that with new culture and standards in place, new tenants can have an enjoyable home. Thank you again for listening and addressing all concerns.

I recently relocated from the Bay Area to the Preserve’s in the month of December for work. If it was not for Vanessa’s patience, and help, I would have been under a lot of stress given my circumstances. She made my transitioning smooth and easy. Also, after moving in, I was appreciative that she still accommodated my needs by willingly wanting to help and didn’t ignore me after I signed the lease. Since my move-in, I am a happy to be here and proud of my decision.

This review is a few weeks overdue, but my fiancé and I are absolutely in love with our new apartment. We can’t thank Philip Armstrong enough for helping us through the many months long process of finding the right place for us. Fantastic service and a beautiful area. We are elated and absolutely loving every minute of it!

Pablo has been extremely helpful since the first day of our move in. Always has a smile on his face and will try everything in his power to resolve or fix any issues. BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time! If his supervisor is reading this, they should really consider increasing his pay or giving him a promotion to make sure he stays on the team. He is a huge part of having a great experience at the Homecoming Preserve community! Gracias Pablo! :)

The entire process was so smooth and fast. Dominique was fantastic! I appreciate the excellent service she provided as well as everyone on the team. Keep up the great work. It doesn’t go unnoticed :)
