The hotel is perfectly located. Literally minutes from several great restaurants including a Jack Stack BBQ. The street car runs every 10-15 minutes and is a nice alternative to Uber. |The hotel itself is a standard Home 2. Lots of room, a full fridge and a separate seating area. We loved our bed and the quietness of our room. Slept so well all three nights. |Christian at the front desk is amazing. He allowed us to check in and answered all of our questions patiently. |We would definitely return
First time in Kansas City and absolutely loved it. It all started at the hotel where I felt very comfortable and welcomed by the staff. Room was impeccable condition. Christian and the staff was able to accommodate all of our requests and I couldn’t have been happier with our hotel choice. When I come back to KC, easy choice to stay at this hotel. Everything in walking distance!!!
The good: Very comfortable bed/pillows. Spacious room. Good free breakfast. Great location. Great price. |The bad: Really yucky shower with many rust areas and peeling, bubbly paint. |The gross: Multiple black things in the ice. YUCK!!!!
Very nice staff. Great location for walking to places and for catching the city streetcar, which is free to ride. Simple breakfast was good. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It was a nice stay for one night. Would stay here again.
We stayed at the hotel 5/17-5/19. I booked a queen bed with pullout but was given a 2 room suite at no extra charge. I was so pleased to walk in and see the room. Full kitchen, living area, nice large bathroom, and the second bedroom as a huge plus. Complimentary breakfast had a great selection as well. Streetcar picks up a block and a half away. A short ride to Union station. Or hop on the steercar to go down to the light district or central market. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.
Great location downtown, very walkable to restaurants and bars. Bed was comfy, wifi was good, shower pressure was good. Housekeeping was suppose to come every other day but didn’t, we had to call for service. On a 4 night stay you’d expect housekeeping at least twice, they weren’t going to come at all if we hadn’t called. Never used the kitchenette but was nice to have some of the amenities. Free breakfast was alright, not the best, mainly single serve long life items, and once they were out, they were out - but we made the best of it. Parking was easy.
The rooms are pretty rough. Broken tile, rusty shower door, and just an overall worn out feel. We could hear just about every thing throughout the stay. The hotel has gated parking but there was a car with a shattered window that happened overnight. When we reported it to staff they didn’t seemed surprised.
Breakfast was pretty good. Hot breakfast sandwiches and omelets. The pool is very small but the fitness center is well equipped.
Zae the overnight man was extremely courteous and went above and beyond for myself and my family. He deserves a raise!!! Keep this valuable employee. Rooms and breakfast were great too.
This is the place to be in KC. My husband and I had such an amazing experience at The Truitt. We loved everything about it. We loved the unique and luxurious decor, the ease of parking, comfort of the room and how easy it was to walk to the art museu
Large well appointed room in a great location to walk to the Art Museum. Very clean easy to check-in and out and nice common areas. Very comfortable bed and temperature control was perfect. Great hot shower. Private secure parking inside the fence
Very good service and staff. Everyone in the front counter was incredibly friendly, as well as the people from the service. Installations are clean, comfortable, in a very good state. Included wifi and guest laundry were a good bonus. And complementa
The room was wonderful and the breakfast was very nice. Everyone was very good to us. It was the best place we stayed over the course of our cross country trip. We liked the way that it seemed to match up with the vibe of the downtown. Our room was v
I absolutely love staying at 44 and coming to visit my friends. Although I am an employee of BMG, had I found this community on my own, I have no doubt I would have fallen in love with the community and staff. They have the best events and the best r
First of all we love the name! Two Sugars in Kansas City is such a cute name and coffee shop. We loved our latte and conversation with the owner. Iâll definitely be back to try their matcha!
I've dropped into the 11:30am class several times. Fantastic community, coaching, and workouts. Clean showers and bathrooms. Ample equipment and parking. Everyone I met was welcoming and interactive. The community has been together for many years and
I donât know how I would have made it through my pregnancy without the classes at Full Circle Yoga KC. My older sister also went to Jenny Hellman for two of her pregnancies and when I told her I was having trouble finding good and affordable prenat
