What can I say without sounding like a commercial or I was getting paid for this!!?? I recently stayed at this particular location recently, I was greeted by a sweet little girl. I wanna say her name was Sierra or Ciara, I didn’t pay attention to the spelling. She had a bubbly attitude and was full of information. She pointed us out to some great eateries, and helped us with anything we needed. She never seemed like she was bothered. Our room was perfect to say the least. I’m usually upset with rooms locations and cleanliness! This time I couldn’t say enough. It was almost like a new room. I asked a sweet Hispanic lady (I wish I could remember her name) for information in reference to towels and such and her manager or supervisor James was very accommodating. I let him know how impressed I was with the room’s appearance and the cleaning lady’s helpfulness. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely come back when we are in town again! 10 out of 10 stars from us!

My room was filthy! As soon as we walked in we noticed dirty towels still hanging in the bathroom , hair etc in shower and dirty linen still on pullout sofa bed! So beware!!! I expected more of a luxury visit being Hilton but instead it turned out to one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced with any hotel because I was basically forced to stay in a dirty room for three nights since I was told there was no rooms available to change me to and no housekeeping the night of my arrival. When housekeeping was sent the next day they only gave me more towels and emptied trash. This is a pet friendly hotel it definitely needs proper cleaning all of the time. This was very unexceptable and should never happen to anyone! And although they clearly have a sign up stating if you’re not comfortable or cleanliness not up to par the night is on them. The manager I spoke with only wanted to offer some points that didn’t not equivalent to the three nights I stayed in dirt and furthermore I have yet to see those points appear anywhere on my account. So very poor cleanliness and management . Will not recommend or return .

The employees at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay go as planned. I really appreciate how kind and helpful everyone was. Check-in and check-out was easy. The suite was large and clean. A/C was super cold and we had no issues with hot water. I was also really impressed with how comfortable the bed was. We didn't go swimming but this location does have a pool and it is currently open. This location is near a major shopping area so it is easy to find. If I am back in the area, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Me and my family came for a little vacation. Room was very clean, view was great & location is great with everybody walking distance . The biggest problem I had that make me give this hotel a 1 star the supervisor in housekeeping name starts with a T, who has no respect for no one, even kids. He has a dirty mouth and very loud . I was told the GM was out while we was staying there so I didn’t get to talk to anyone but he/her do not need to be working there or being anyone supervisor . On top of that, As we was getting in the car we seen him again another day and look like he was outside doing drugs while on the phone being loud once again. Very ghetto. It makes the hotel look bad . We will not be coming back

We are a diamond member and this hotel was gross the curtains were all to piece the pieces, the blind would not go down the pillow were horrible. The bathroom has any in it when we woke up. To be a diamond member you have to stay in hotels a lot and we do for work but this is gross Hilton. I would love for someone to call me about this.

I was here for an extended stay end of April- end of June 2024. Room was clean, maids were excellent, lobby staff, Shannon, was horrible, others were great. I was moved 3 separate times. There were ants coming in around the ac walls, the king beds in two of the rooms were horrible. There are no stoves or pots and pans to cook with so I ate out alot or had frozen foods. I got food poisoning and was hospitalized a couple days after I checked out. Breakfast foods are limited And not tasty, they were out of egg and cheese fold overs and milk cartons most of the time so the choices were heated biscuit and egg /meat sandwiches, bagels, cereal, hard boiled egg or oatmeal. Also a waffle maker I did not eat.|Disappointing food and comfort of beds and one front desk manager that was not accommodating or pleasant.

After staying at the terrible Hampton Inn in Bermuda Run we were happy to leave there and come here! This place is super clean, excellent location & the staff is TOP NOTCH. Our room is clean and spacious for our family and we love how it has a full kitchen area minus stove. The fridge is almost full size too. Would definitely recommend this place

WARNING This hotel is poorly managed and filthy I stayed here twice (I usually give a place a second chance) and both stays were in rooms that were dirty. The second stay still had the previous guest washcloth and bar of soap in the shower along with some scattered hair, food crumbs on the table and in the microwave. And a smattering of filth wiped in a circular motion on the fronts of the cabinets and appliances. Grey grout along the edges and black in the used area. I am not confident the sheets were actually changed. Housekeeping is very poor, no real Quality control and Management thats not really concerned with it. The kicker is they entered the room while I was out despite having the do not disturb sign hanging on the door. But not to clean. Just to take the cable box. Management said they hung a sign in the elevator that they were changing the tv boxes. I guess he believes this relieves him of his legal obligations regarding privacy and entering a persons room while they are away and without permission. I travel for a living and I can assure you this place is on my DO NOT RETURN list. Save yourself the trouble and find an alternative.
