This hotel turned out to be an unexpectedly wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious and exquisitely well-maintained, the gym and pool comfortable and well-equipped, and the atmosphere is friendly, comforting, and welcoming. But the most notable aspect of this hotel is the staff. The staff here were incredibly understanding, kind, and hospitable. Jaclyn, especially, went above and beyond to assist my wife and I during an unexpected crisis, despite having no obligation to do so. I truly cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Definitely worth it! The hotel is clean, rooms are sufficiently stocked, and the kitchenettes and full fridges are great to have. Employees are so kind and helpful. It’s an easy drive in to Burlington (15 minutes) and a very convenient location overall. Happy to recommend!

Positive: Room was perfect, well insulated for noise reduction, breakfast was good, pool was enjoyable, love the outdoor swings. Negative: Housekeeping was never done. Very very disappointed to come back with the family and not have trash removed and dishes cleaned and beds changed. Then when it was mentioned we had to get our own towels and toilet paper and carry them up to the room.

Point négatif : le petit déjeuner est annoncé jusqu’à 10h les week-ends et pendant les vacances or lors de notre séjour mi-juillet celui-ci n’était plus disponible à 9h : dommage.

Nice Hotel outside of Burlington. The suite aspect provides a mini kitchen with fridge, small stove, microwave, dishes and dishwasher. The room is simple and comfortable. Couch, work area, decent closet and plenty more. The bed was good with decent pillows. Bathroom was large and spacious with a real shower. Breakfast was served but was very basic and there was not enough seating for the amount of rooms in the hotel. Many guests were forced to take food back to their rooms, leaving a genuine lack of dishes in the breakfast area. The exercise room was decent and average equipment.

Not worth the $360 a night ! The room was very hot when we arrived & took many hours to cool down to 70. The refrigerator was not cold & never really got cold. The A/C was very loud all night. Bathroom door sucked. The down stairs door handle to use the staircase didn’t work correctly. When in the lobby both nights the tables next to front desk was covered in bed sheets the first night & second night covered in what looked like personal stuff of the workers. So we couldn’t use them. Lobby was very dark at night. Oh our room smelled like wet paint because they painted the ceiling infront of our room. So why put people in that room knowing it’s going to smell charging a crazy amount of money. Like for $360 a night I expected a lot better. Location convenient to stores & restaurants. Still 1/2hr to get to Burlington downtown. Room was clean & beds ok.

Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. There are 2 washers and dryers on the first floor. If you use them and walk away, please pay attention to the time so your laundry isn’t sitting. Breakfast was similar to other Home 2 hotels. Would stay here again.

This was an unexpected find. Great location and a nice, updated hotel. I was impressed at how busy they were. Positiive: the front desk is awesome. The location is great. The hotel is well kept. The rooms are spacious, updated, and clean. The rooms are serviced daily. Neutral. The breakfast is very meh. We ended up going across the street to the natural market. Only negative, the mattresses were lumpy and in need of being replaced.
