This is a very nice and safe location. I had a car load of stuff for my move back to GA and needed a safe location. The employees are Great!!!! The manager went to his car in the heavy rain and got his personal umbrella for me to use to walk my dog. Another staff member even volunteered to run to my car (parked far from building) to get my umbrella out of the car (I had no jacket with me since it's early September). Eva, evening desk staff went above and beyond! There was a glitch in my room assignment so she ran and got me to take me to the new room assignment. She even brought up the new keys so I did Not have to go back downstairs!!! She said it was her first week but her customer service was Excellent!!! 💕 Rooms are also very clean. No carpet in the pet friendly room so a big Plus!!! They have pet stations well stocked with baggies. Please don't be the guest who does Not clean up after their pets. No one wants to see that. The grounds had No dog poop lying around. Also the pet rooms were very well maintained so despite the $75 pet fee, it was worth Not being around the nasty pet owners (of the other cheaper pet fee chains) who leave behind fleas that bite me since my dog has treatment on.

The Home2 Suites is the best hotel in the Monroe/West Monroe area. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful, and they made us feel welcome each time we returned to the hotel. I have never seen cleaner facilities or a better-equipped gym, and the pool area was decorated and maintained for peak relaxation. In the King Suite rooms, there is a curtain you can draw to split the "living room" from the "bedroom" (psychologically excellent for sleep!), and the amount of storage space and tables that can be pulled out or stowed away make the space astoundingly adaptable. You also won't find a better free breakfast! Oatmeal and yogurt with all manner of toppings, a waffle iron with all manner of toppings, pre-made omelets and breakfast sandwiches, freshly-boiled eggs with the shells still on, cereal, a fridge with milk and chocolate milk, and hot hot coffee. Guests can also choose between disposable and ceramic plates/bowls/mugs, which I appreciated, because the ceramic bowls made me happy in mornings when I wanted to feel more at home, and the disposable plates made me happy in mornings when I was in more of a rush. Thank you to the entire staff! You run a five-star facility!

Had an extended stay here due to some family medical issues, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I felt welcome. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The pool was clean and a great way to relax after some very stressful days. The rooms are well-maintained and felt very modern and up-to-date. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Monroe/West Monroe area.

I really enjoyed my stay here. This is such a beautiful property. It's conveniently off the interstate. All the staff were amazing. They got me exactly what I needed. Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from and the laundry and gym areas were very convenient and clean. Thank you to everyone that works here. You all deserve a raise for the work you do.

One of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. After one of the longest days of traveling, we arrived at home2suites which was right off the highway by everything we needed including grocery stores gas stations, restaurants etc. The staff, especially Isha, were incredibly welcoming and friendly after a disaster of a travel day. Isha went above and beyond to be more than accommodating to make sure we were comfortable and happy! They even had a pack n play for our baby which we completely forgot! The rooms were spotless, smelled great and cooked off incredible fast! We felt like we were staying in a luxury apartment. Beds were comfortable and cozy! Breakfast was incredible, the gym is clean and well equipped for a quick workout and the pool was clean and big enough for several guest along with the outdoor seating area. I have been living at this hotel for weeks due to a water claim at my home . Cannot say enough about the fantastic way they have treated us ! Five star communication, pricing , and making us feel at home ! Hot breakfast daily. Nice pool and grilli by area. Outdoor seating in front & back. Large lobby, business friendly at two desks in lobby with printer! Every staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful .

A very welcoming friendly clean comfortable hotel. Isha was quick with check in and recognized us as diamond members and told us our waters are in the room. |The room was clean and comfortable and we really like the walk in shower.||At breakfast in the morning one of the workers and I bumped into each other as I was going for more coffee. There was just a little coffee in my cup and it was no big deal. But the staff was quick to react! Two came and asked if I was ok, offered me a towel, another quickly wiped up the floor and put out a wet floor cone. ||A very nice hotel with a great location. If we are back in the area we will stay here again!

I stayed a week at the beginning of this yr and wanted to move in..lol I stayed on the third floor in a non smoking room. Queen size lush bed, also had a pull out couch, loved the spacious shower, kitchen had everything you needed, including a dishwasher and full size refrigerator…although I didn’t have to fill it with much bc their breakfast bar was great! clean, cute & trendy, pet friendly, gym, laundromat, computer stations, I didn’t get to try out the pool because it was still cool weather, but It was well taken care of…so yes great stay & Home2 Suits will from here on out be the hotel I choose if needing to stay in West Monroe / Monroe area🩶
