This is the best option to stay at through Hilton in this area. It’s a newer building so the rooms are fresh, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette has everything you need. I left my rings here and the staff was wonderful, they kept them safe and held them for me for over a month before I was able to return for them. The breakfast is good and has more toppings for oatmeal than I’ve seen at other locations. The only thing to improve on is the pillows.

Not sure how this hotel has so many 5-stars but my stay was definitely not a 5 star experience. When making the reservation, weeks ahead, a request for a crib was included as I was traveling with my 10 month old. When we arrived to the hotel, around 2 am, I asked the night auditor (a gentlemen with red dreadlocks) about the crib but he said he didn’t know and if it wasn’t it would have to be sent to the room in the morning. So basically my baby would have no safe place to sleep! Of course we got to the room and the crib was not there. This left me to improvise and put my baby in his stroller to sleep for the night. Yes his stroller!!! The room (428) while spacious, appeared clean but was not. The floor and carpet did not feel clean. Carpet definitely needs a steam clean. Microwave did not work or was not plugged in. The drain in the shower had a thick black ring of mold around it. Then the sheets on the bed had a musty smell like they were not washed. Staff was dry and had no ounce of hospitality in them. The night auditor who checked us in was rude and didn’t even return my greeting when I came to the desk and purchase water. All in all I wouldn’t stay here if I had other choices but for the area I guess this is considered the best place to stay, if needing to be in this location.

Horrible stay and customer service had a bathroom repair and was told housekeeping would come clean the bathroom after Sat no one came til 2pm Sunday? No sense of urgency by front desk staff when it comes to customer service front desk too busy putting on makeup at the desk and vaping. Didn’t meet one staff member out of 3 nights that was trying to satisfy the customer. I can say the maintenance guy was great! He brought us towels the day no one came to clean the room? Second time staying here since 2023 things have changed. And your ask for a manager and get the run around.

Hello, we made a reservation for a week. I agree with the reviews but the good comments are completely false... the first impression I had when I arrived was the lack of cleanliness, and the bad odors, the entire property smells like grass and a penetrating smell of a dirty pet. The bathrooms and towels, Completely dirty blankets. The first day I had an incident because the light in the room did not turn on and they changed our room to another completely dirty one, I had to buy Lysol to try to sanitize the room, then the next day when I got up there was no coffee ,and no towels either. to end on the 3rd day I left my room early and returned at night and oh surprise. They didn't come to clean the room and I was very disappointed so I went to the receptionist and she gave a completely ridiculous and absurd explanation without giving a solution to anything, I had to call the 1800 number directly at 10 pm and from there they called this person who was at the reception so they could change me to another person but this person was completely intransigent and racist and hung up the phone on the other person who was trying to stop me from 1800. Then the police called. Why did he feel incapable of resolving the problem or call someone for guidance. which is completely uncomfortable for me and my family because until yesterday I was a frequent customer of Hilton but it is the last time I visited home 2 suites. The person from the 1800s named Karla had to transfer me to another property. After all that show lack of professionalism and customer service. I don't understand after reading all the reviews that are not good, all this property still has 4 stars, it doesn't deserve even 1 star. Ah, the only person who at various times tries to help with the situations is the receptionist. in the morning her name is Jackie she is very professional unlike the night person who is useless

Positive: The location was convenient Negative: I stay at this location about once a week for work. The usual front desk ladies are great, especially Hotel employee, She was always helpful and polite. The guy who was working the desk on 7/7/24 was not that. Didn't say Hi/Goodbye after checking me in. Strange..

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and it never disappoints. Most of the staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

I didn't enjoy my stay for two reasons: the hallway and the room smelled musky and the furniture are old. The shampoo fell off its mount, and had an old tub/shower that are now commonly renovated into a walk in shower. And I had a next door guests who were partying until midnight. Although it is not the fault of the hotel staff, I had to call three times for the party to end. No apologies from the hotel.

Positive: Room size and decor. Negative: Breakfast. We did not have bar soap in our room; so we asked at the front desk who promised to bring a soap to our room. It never showed up.
