Everything here was perfect. The cleanliness, the beds, the staff, the breakfast. The management of this hotel must be top notch because the staff seemed genuinely happy to be at work. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping to the very kind woman who provided breakfast exuded kindness and friendliness. Our room was perfectly clean, the beds were comfy, breakfast was super yummy with lots of choices. The front desk even printed a document for us. If I'm ever back in Valdosta, I'd definely stay here.

This was the dirtiest Hilton we’ve stayed at. Hair all over the linen, there was hair on the lamp shades! The shower wasn’t clean cause there was shaved hair on the walls! The tile portion of the room was sticky as well. Before we noticed that the main living room air conditioning didn’t work, there was no linen for fold out couch, and there was only 2 towels for 4 people staying in the room. Honestly Props to Ricky at the front desk- he was Awesome, he brought new linen and towel and tried his best to look at A/C despite that not being his job. I thankfully noticed that the cord to to A/C wall unit had a reset in it- that was the cure- however the outlet was loose in the wall. Like easy to pull out loose. Which is a HUGE safety risk for my 2 and 5 year old sons! Come on if they played with that and found out they could touch the loose electrical wires we could have had a HUGE issue. If it helps Room 322 seal that, it shouldn’t be accessible. I will never stay at this hotel again- and give Ricky a raise- what Hilton doesn’t have one maintenance staff or house keeping staff 24/7. Huge disappointment.

I was here for 5 days last month for work in April 2024! My experience was nothing short of excellent. The front desk crew was always very accommodating and greeted me as I was leaving, and returning daily. The hotel overall is very clean. It was great to see the manager at the front counter once in a while. Customer service is one of the reasons I prefer staying at Home2 locations. Thank you for making my work week accommodating! I must say, the breakfast in the mornings made life easier, Just FYI it would have been great to see some steamer pans to keep the food hot or a microwave in the area to heat the food. My five nights were not cheap, but I was comfortable and safe.

I’m a Home 2 Suites fan because of their acceptance of large dogs. This Valdosta location is right off of I-75 and has lots of food options right out the front door. Our room was on the 4th floor and we experienced zero road noise. Black out curtains were great but they had a night light you cannot remove or turn off in the desk area, not cool; I like my room completely dark for sleep. ||Also, let me backtrack a second, check-in was quick but they didn’t offer any treats or waters for us; we usually get these things because of our Hilton Honors status. I include the little things to give a full picture but don’t deduct from star ratings for such silly things. ||Once inside I noticed how very clean this location is, so exciting because it’s also fairly new. The room smelled good and the bathroom smelled of bleach with all corners and under cabinets being clean. The beds were nicely made with stain-free sheets. Extra bedding with a waffle throw is included in the cabinets in the room if needed. This location does use some sort of fabric softener that reminded me of baby powder and grandma perfume. Not my thing but if it’s yours, you are in luck! Not happy with the pillows, it seems to be one of the things this location did to save money. Each bed had 3 pillows, one usable and the other two were flimsy rectangles of flattened gauze. I also noticed the lack of pillows on the sofa as well. Anyways, beds were comfy! ||In the morning they offer free breakfast, not our thing but it looks nice and clean. The gym was minimal but again clean. The pool area is minimal and would benefit from some trees for shade or at least an umbrella or three, plus better seats, but it was clean. ||Would definitely put this on my return list for travel, just bringing my own pillows.

Our recent stay was just ok, would choose a different hotel next time we are in GA. The room was spacious and included a little kitchenette which was our appeal. However the issues included uncleanliness, AC issues, having to ask for things that were missing like an ice bucket, trash bag,TP, towels. The shower design was aweful and flooded the bathroom floor several times. They sent a maintenance worker to our room to help with the AC however the gentleman didn’t speak English so the issues didn’t get resolved and we just toughed it out the rest of the stay. Positive side the location was great and it wasn’t an overly crowded hotel. We felt safe, had the pool to ourselves twice, the staff was nice and breakfast was pretty good. Having a decent size fridge, microwave, dishes , sink and dw was nice . Wasn’t horrible but I think the hotel needs improvements.

Currently staying at this hotel and wish we would have picked somewhere else. Convenient location but terrible service and hotel is very dirty. Old crusty used towels still in the drawers. Shower had lots of mold and someone else's body hair in it. Pretty sure our blanket is a mattress protector. Good luck trying to get a front desk clerk!

We booked experience for a family graduation. Needless to say upon arrival, we were disappointed. We booked two rooms, we requested they be next to each other in February. Why in May, upon check-in we're advised, "we're extended stay hotel, we can't promise rooms next to each other." Okay, cancel second room, we'll explore other options. Nope, they tried to bill my credit card early in the am for the second room. Breakfast was mediocre at best. We ended up going to Waffle House. Room cleanliness was not on par. I had to clean room, bathroom. Do not use dishes in the room, they were filthy. Dish detergent in room, watered down. We found broken glass in bedroom floor. Used dish in the corner, and two empty soda cans. We did a deep cleam since hotels in area were sold out for graduation. I would strongly encourage you to not stay here. Location, I give 5 stars, it's literally near all of the restaurants.

This hotel has spacious rooms and suites. The location is easy access off of 1-75 . We had a king bed suite, which had a separate sitting area, which was nice. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden and fast food places. The breakfast area had the usual choices. They had wrapped Granny Smith apples and peanut butter, by the registration desk, for a healthy snack. The gym has a Peloton bike, another one, elliptical and treadmill, plus lots of free weights. It is pet friendly as well. We would definitely stay here again.
