Nice rooms and good location if you’re staying in Tracy. Quiet, unless you get someone in the room above who stomps all the time while they walk. Blankets had a funny smell the whole time I was there, like they sat in a washer too long. Guessing they need to deep clean their washing machines.

We really enjoyed our stay here! I was so impressed with how clean and spacious the rooms were! The beds were so comfortable, too. The night shift front-desk employee was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was decent, we loved the chocolate waffles!! The kids never wanted to leave the pool. It was especially cool swimming in the pool with the overhead string lights once the sun went down. The gym had excellent equipment. They even had a peloton bike! The sounds we heard were fairly muffled, so they must have some decent insulation to ensure sound-proofing! We will definitely make this our go-to hotel when we're in the area.

The worst most horrendous customer service of any hotel ever! Checkin lady couldn’t find our reservation while I am showing her my confirmation on my phone. Then she wanted to rebook it at a higher price and we said NO This is ridiculous for a family of 4 on a holiday weekend and will never visit another Hilton Hotel again. Maybe it is just this location - which needs to be immediately trained on the fine art of treating their customers right.

Wonderful experience. I am not sure when it was built but very modern with great amenities and lovely staff. Room controls with the app is cool. Best thing is the (about 8) Charge Point EV stations that are FREE. If you have a Tesla make sure you have your J1772 adapter. Download the app and get a code from the frontdesk, they will explain how to set it up to get access! Our 1 king studio suite was plenty large for our family of 4 and 2 fur babies. Pet fees start at $75 and depend on the lenth of stay.

Best hotel in tracy I've stayed in so far and I think it's number 5 or 6. My 3rd party booking was messed up but the girl at the front desk got me the same room I wanted and temporarily signed me up for their membership program for free so I got it even cheaper than I was going to pay. The whole hotel is very clean, the room was nice and had 4 towels rather than the usual 2. The breakfast was good for hotel standards and the cleaning staff didn't open my door before I checked out like they did at just about every other hotel in tracy. It's not a bath robe you get to take home kind of hotel by any means but for what it is I give it 5 stars.

I called to book a room around 3pm on Saturday for a Sunday reservation, I was told I have till midnight Saturday to cancel my reservation. I called at 9pm to cancel then was told that it was eastern time to cancel. I NEVER once was told it was eastern time nor did I get a confirmation of my reservation. I have called multiple numbers emailed a complaint got a call and now have been on hold for 40 minutes which is now going to take me to midnight. Shady business. Continued... still on hold now for 50 minutes.

Fantastic experience in this hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful they could not do enough especially Sunita Birdi, the Sales Manager. Place was spotless, breakfast was super. Could not recommend this place enough 10/10.

Positive: Clean, and staff was very helpful and accommodating Negative: Nothing but I was looking to clean out my trash after the first night of staying there and couldn?t find where to empty it. We found a member of staff there and they helped.
