I was so comfortable in the room. I was not able to wake up and enjoy the breakfast ha ha ha. It’s just a really comfortable rooms and it’s just you know you have a full kitchen in there and it’s wonderful. You just stay in the room. You don’t have to go down and get the breakfast in the morning. You simply put all that food in your refrigerator. It’s a full kitchen in there, but sometimes like to go down and socialize for breakfast and I always miss that because the mornings are so comfortable. You will enjoy that very wonderful family atmosphere.

We booked a 2 night stay in a one bedroom suite (King bed). Diamond status is recognized, but you don't get anything really as this brand doesn't do upgrades (but the one bedroom was reasonably priced) and they have breakfast for everyone. Rooms were clean and front desk was friendly. It was very standard for a Home2Suites. It's not walkable to anything, but the mall, food places, and "old town" are all very easy to get to driving. It's a cute town for a stopover. Our room did have a little view of mountains. Pretty sunset.

This hotel is mismanaged. I checked into my room and the bathroom was filthy. (See photos). There was hair all over the bathroom. Soap scum. And stains. And residue in the shower from whoever last showered. Brown ring in the toilet. Ridiculous. I complained and was given a second room. It was the same as the 1st. I was given a 3RD ROOM. It was the same as the last 2. The 3rd room which was the least dirty had grease stains on the table where someone had eaten. Hair in the bathroom. Soap scum on the shower and stains on the couch. This place is gross, and the rooms aren’t cleaned apparently. I wanted to leave a “do not disturb sign” so nobody came in my room during my 3 day stay but there is no sign in the room. The “cleaners” came in the room today and made the bed and did nothing else; left simple trash like the soap packaging on the bathroom sink and an empty container on the table. The bathrooms are gross and obviously not being cleaned so what else isn’t being done/cleaned. I have travelled all over the country, stayed in hundreds of hotels and never experienced hotel bathrooms and rooms that were so obviously not clean. Ridiculous.

Hotel manager needs to pay better attention to Hilton Honors status. Not sure how she is manager, she has NO clue how to accommodate guest at all. Rooms are great but you really need to get better staff and management in a place like this.

Checked in on Wednesday and we are leaving on Tuesday. It's now Saturday and the the room has not been cleaned once. Front desk says it's a "system issue". We have some dog hairs in the room. The night front desk lady is very nice and accommodating but the service is pretty pathetic.

This room was what was expected. The only problems were the bed was a king size bed but the sheets were queen size so with 2 bigger people that was a problem. We stayed for 5 days and every time we had neighbors above us walking around it sounded like cattle running around. The coffee was great and always hot. I didn't try the breakfast because it didn't look very fresh or appetizing to my taste. The staff were always very friendly and helpful so that was a plus.

Dirty and unsanitary hotel. Lack of adequate cleaning staff. Had to call Hilton Honors customer service in order to get them to clean the room. Hotel manager Ethan will tell LIES claiming your pet was in the room alone. If you are a person of color be prepared to be treated as if you are not wanted in this hotel. Hot Breakfast lies-frozen microwaved items with stale danishes and cold cereal with no milk. Independently owned and does not live up to the HILTON brand. A Motel 6 at best. Update: In Retaliation for my review, rate was changed on the last night from $178 to $409 and overcharged me for the stay. Illegal credit card fraud for warning potential guests about unsanitary conditions. Will reach out to the California attorney general’s office to see what recourse is available.

Nice clean rooms. The A/C was a bit disappointing since it would not set below 68 degrees. That made it too warm for my liking while sleeping. Other than that everything was pretty solid & well equipped
