First time at this hotel: great experience. Front desk ladies were amazing. The lady at the breakfast: sweet heart. This brand has not disappointed me so far. Their service concept is phenomenally excellent. Very modern with everything you need to have a pleasant time, if you are part of their membership (like me) you accumulate points and the service is even better. I don't think there is anyone out there with a better complementary breakfast: it is on another level. Highly recommended.

Recently stayed here for a 4 day work trip. The hotel is very clean, everything looks new and sparkling clean. Lots of parking and easy access from multiple sides of the building. ||The rooms are huge! Plenty of storage space and room to spread out. The bathrooms are large and have nice toiletries and soft fluffy towels. The kitchen area was fully stocked with dishes if needed. And the beds…oh the beds. So comfy and the sheets are like butter. The softest, most luxurious sheets I ever felt. TIP…they sell them on their website. ||They have a nice breakfast each morning. There were plenty of options like waffles, oatmeal, yogurts, cereals, omelets, breakfast bowls and plenty of juice, coffee and tea options. Overall really great place to stay, my only complaint is that housekeeping never came. By day 3 it would have been nice to have the garbage dumped and new towels. I was gone all day every day until late into the evening but if I had called while the housekeepers were on shift I’m sure they would have sent someone.

Nice laid out rooms, great space, super clean all over. There were a lot of people staying over Memorial Day weekend but that made no difference, the staff do a really great job here in keeping up the hotel. It was super clean all of the time, breakfast was great as well. We will definitely be back here!

Very nice hotel. The only thing they need is a hot tub. Beds are comfortable, showers are hot, and have good pressure. The pool is heated and open till 10pm. The kitchen is roomy and has plates, cups, bowls, and silverware. I will be back again.

Highly recommend! This is the first 5 star review I have ever given. The rooms are huge, clean and well stocked . Breakfast was great. The dog park had plenty of bags and no left poop. Parking was easy. Not one bad thing to say. We will definitely stay there again.

Good location & home 2 suites rooms are good. The staff knocked on the door 5 minutes after 11, we were running behind on getting kids out the door & they treated us like we had been staying there an hour or better. They didn’t call the room, rather a female knocked on the door very aggressively. Upon leaving, our $25 security deposit increased by $89 and it’s been 10 days and still hasn’t stopped pending or fallen off. The charge is unclear. The hotel then referred me to my bank and said they have no idea why it hasn’t fallen off, just call the bank…. We stayed at one in vero beach and had 0 issues with them.

Bugs everywhere in the room. Hotel was sold out. Offered to refund my stay but everywhere else in the area was double the price for a last minute reservation or sold out. 30 mins later they found me another room. No bugs in this room but smells like a nasty wet dog covered in room spray 🤢 If I didn’t have my kids with me, I would be sleeping in my car tonight. Instant sinus congestion and headache! Walked in the room and the kids asked to go outside to get fresh air. Staff is nice but that’s not good enough for me to stay here again. Disappointed and disgusted! I understand it’s pet friendly but if you’re going to allow pets, do it on one side of the hotel! Who ever runs this place should be fired.. I’m sure I’ll get the same response as everyone else. “Sorry about your experience. Contact this number to discuss, blah blah blah” Do better Hilton !

What can I say. Let me start the personnel they are like family, so much love and care towards its guest. Next, bottomless coffee ☕️😋 from Coffee Bean it's 24/7. Wow!!!!!!. Thank you sooo much for making our 3 week stay the very best!
