From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Mary, at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. And we really appreciate how accommodating Victoria was with our room rate. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and looking for a wonderful place to stay.

Pit stop to visit the Saratoga area on our travels back home. Very nice property. Nicely maintained grounds. Spacious and clean room, strong pressured shower with plenty of hot water, comfortable bedding, large flat-screen tv with plenty of channels. Courteous and friendly staff. Only comments, the pocket door to the bathroom does not close. The door is not aligned correctly. Had to "jimmy it" close using an empty folded soap box. Also coffee with breakfast is very weak. (The urn that indicates full bodied/dark roasted). Thank you.

Great extended stay concept. We utilized it for a family gathering...stretching the limits of one room. Ease of access, ample parking, and an updated facility made this a strategic stop. Outstanding service, with one exception. The breakfast bar server kept things up, but a little less than friendly. Would recommend, particularly for extended stay. Nice places to eat near this unit, but sometimes you want to eat simply in privacy.

Clean spacious room, with a large apartment size refrigerator/freezer. I like it cold and the room had great A/C! I only wish they had queen sized beds instead of full sized

Was there recently for a few days with my choir on tour w/ John Legend . Beautiful hotel and Heidi from the front desk was very welcoming her and the entire staff was great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Positive: The staff is friendly. Location is great. Negative: I booked the ¿two room suite¿ and it¿s the exact same thing as the ¿1bedtoom suite¿ just more expensive. Didn¿t know hotels could deceive that way, just a heads up. Oh and elevator smelled so strong of mold it was almost alarming. Negative: ""

Most run down/tired Hilton Property I have stayed in over the past 30 years. Front desk and other personnel helpful and apologetic but my room and especially the bathroom was beyond needing an upgrade/renovation. Ceiling paint peeling/chipping, wall paper coming off walls floors/shower frame with rust/deep layer of dirty and wear and tear. Common areas need refresh / new carpets - would avoid until a major renovation of a heavy use/run down suites.|Found personal items from pervious guest (eye glasses & headphones) just on floor next to desk - just surprised that cleaner did not vacuum/clean area to see them - Front Desk was surprised when I reported the finding. |Was not warned that a private tour group would take over very small/limited breakfast area for an hour before they left.

we have stayed at this hotel 2 other times and we keep coming back. they have spacious rooms and bathrooms. i don't feel claustrophobic in the room. the blinds are double and nice and dark for sleeping. ||staff is friendly. breakfasts are pretty darn good and area kept clean in lobby. beds comfortable. nice size fridge and kitchenette if you have to stay longer periods of time. will continue to go back!
