The hotel was very clean and comfortable although the ac did seem to struggle in our room. Most of the staff were very nice.and helpful. However the manager of this establishment was extremely underhanded, rude, and unprofessional. I paid in full but she insisted I owed more money and tried to charge my card again. I showed proof of what I already paid. Days after checking out the same manager tried to charge my card again for a cleaning fee. The entire trip I was discriminated against because my family isn't African American.

We stayed at this Home2Suites for a convention this past weekend and we're met with a friendly staff and a very clean room. The king bed was comfortable and the shower was relaxing! The free breakfast was adequate during the entire stay with a very clean eating area! We want to especially thank Tuesday, Derrick and Gabby, the manager for a memorable stay. We will be back if at all possible!!!

During my week-long work trip, I stayed at this hotel where the customer service was excellent and the breakfast options were good. However, I was unhappy with my initial room and requested to be moved on the second day. I noticed a strange smell when I first entered the room but chose to ignore it. On the second night, I was bitten by a flea in bed. When I checked, I found a tiny black bug jumping around, which I later confirmed to be a flea, not a bed bug. The front desk initially claimed that there were no available rooms but eventually offered to move me to another room. Although the receptionist was friendly, they seemed a bit unprepared to handle the situation. I have no issue with staying at a pet-friendly hotel as long as they uphold proper cleanliness and maintenance standards.

Hotel was nice. Stayed early summer of 2024. Room was accommodating and quiet. The bed wasn't super comfortable and a bit hard. The air conditioning in the room was lagging. Definitely hadn't been serviced in a while. The manager at this hotel is quite unpleasant and rude. I was discriminated against because I'm disabled and a white woman. This made my stay uncomfortable. They also tried to charge my card randomly for an extra 50 dollars which didn't make sense as I paid in full before staying and it wasnt the necessary deposit whichwas already paid. The digital key never worked and we never even got our Hilton honors extras. I highly recommend going to a different hotel as this one has such an uncomfortable atmosphere and horrible management. Horrible feeling staying somewhere youre made to feel unwelcome.

I had never stayed in a Hotel2Suites but a friend booked the hotel for me. I am so glad she chose this hotel. The rooms are large, with a great kitchenette. The water flow in the shower is great and the water is hot. The breakfast isn’t great, but it’s ok. I will definitely stay at Home2Suites in the future when I travel.

Excellent staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds! My family of 6 slept very comfortably and the pool was great for our kids to play. Highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

The rooms are comfortable, the service is great, laundry & gym facility is clean & usable, and this is the only Hilton H2S that we've stayed at with a decent breakfast! The downside to this hotel is the awkwardness of it's placement next to the I-85 ramp. In order to reach the hotel, you have to either do a tight u-turn at the traffic light or, if you have a larger vehicle, go up the road and find a place to turn around and come back. The parking lot has tiny parking spaces that are so narrow that, once parked evenly between the lines, it's almost impossible to walk between the vehicles to get in or out, even in a compact car! Due to the location of the hotel, there is no room for expansion of the parking lot or facility, unless they buy the Econo Lodge next door.

In town for a Convention, upon checking in, Akeya at the front desk was very helpful. Throughout the stay with text messages to see how everything was going. Always enjoy the stay Large Refrigerator and freezer and other amenities. The housekeeper Mecca was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel very convenient and close to everything.
