Dog friendly. Really nice rooms. Full size fridge. Had a great stay. Be aware that parking is in the public garage next to the hotel. It costs less to add the cost into your stay instead of paying the parking directly. Short walk to the beach and pier. The rooftop sitting area was great. Food is a bit pricey especially with Lucky Fish right down the block. They have a happy hour though. Staff was amazing and always willing to help or pet the dog. Two gripes I have are pillows are too soft and the manager or someone needs to go spend $50 and replace the billiard sticks. Oh and hot tub and pool heater were in op for our entire stay. 50-60* temps made swimming without not fun.

The room was actually pretty amazing. We had a budget hotel at the beginning of our trip, then we cruised, then landed at this one for the remainder of our trip. It was so nice, especially compared to the first/budget place. Everything was super clean, modern, and in working order. The kitchen was great and the pull out couch was more than enough room for the kids. The location was phenomenal - there's so much to do and see in walking distance! Parking is extra, which was kind of a bummer considering the room rate, but the breakfast was top notch so all in all, it was worth the price and we'd definitely go back.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! Close to the beach and great restaurants. The front desk staff was fantastic and let us check in early which was greatly appreciated. The property seems fairly new. Now for the not so great things:||1. Our room has a very musty/dirty smelling|2. The carpet in many places is very gross (like by the pool table)|3. The body wash soap was just on the floor of our shower and the bottle was empty|4. The hot tub and pool were freezing. We really wanted to use both of these, but they were unusable in this condition|5. The sofabed had no bedding on it or anywhere else in the room. We requested bedding but it never came. We then called the front desk and asked again, but they only brought a pillow. When I asked about sheets and a blanket they mumbled something and just walked off. They did eventually bring the bedding though.|6. This is a reasonably new property, but it is in poor repair generally. Our bathroom door rollers had been nearly unscrewed. The door wouldn't roll very well until I lifted the door and repaired it.|7. The hanging chairs in the lobby are held by carabiners. One of the carabiners is broken and looked like it could fail at any time. This really needs to be fixed ASAP before someone gets hurt.|8. The game room is a great idea and is awesome, but poorly maintained. The arcade games are worn and controls/buttons are intermittent at best. There were two broken pool cues, which left only one usable one.|9. The room thermostat was broken and didn't display anything. I tried to adjust the A/C at the unit itself, but it would never shut off.||I stay at a lot of Hilton properties every year (Diamond status); 50+ nights and this property was one of the greatest let downs I have had in a long time. Hopefully they can make the necessary changes to improve this property because the location is amazing!

Great for any parties! I celebrated my Company’s Anniversary Party and I loved it! The Rooftop location is beautiful, the personnel super professional and friendly. Monica and Emilio were the best and Jennifer made everything smooth and possible! Food was delicious too! Thanks so much for all your help!

Great hotel experience. Very clean, roomy. Walk right out to the pool from our second floor room. The front desk staff are wonderful. The feee breakfast is great. Something for everyone to enjoy from waffle maker to oatmeal. Breakfast ladies are amazing. Right at the beach. The best place to stay while you’re in Pompano Beach.

Given this property is only a few years old and located a couple blocks from Pompano’s pier and beach, I thought it would be a good choice for a week-long stay. I was wrong. I found the hotel’s housekeeping and maintenance are not up to par. Plus, the neighborhood and the hotel itself turned out to be very loud late into the night.||Our room was normal for Home 2 Suites. Having a mini kitchen is nice on a longer stay. But getting any housekeeping was a challenge. We had to complain to the front desk to get a towel refresh after three nights. Despite that complaint, we still didn’t get fresh towels or any other cleaning on subsequent days. On arrival, the floor in the kitchen area was sticky and the shower pan was dirty.||The room’s safe was out of order. We made two requests to have it reset which were ignored. When we had trouble with the coffee maker, the building engineer came to the room and fixed it promptly. Only then were we able to also get him to fix the safe.||The “heated” pool was very cold throughout the stay and too uncomfortable to use. The hot tub was filled with dirty water and cordoned off with yellow hazard tape. Pool towels were rarely available. A useless pool while vacationing in Florida was a big disappointment.||The worst part of the experience was the noise. The condo across the street is under renovation, with concrete hammers pounding away during working hours. When night fell, the nearby Oceanic night club filled the neighborhood with loud music featuring heavy bass thumping until 11pm at night. I can understand the hotel has little control over its neighbors. But it could have prevented the loud party on its own rooftop that ran into the wee hours of the morning.||I prepaid for the stay through Costco Travel and felt trapped. The hotel’s assistant manager did agree to let us check out two days early and we got credit for those days from Costco. She also indicated that they’d refund one of our sleepless nights. I’ve not seen that refund.||A note of caution on the reservation: We booked a “partial ocean view” room. In our case that meant being able to see the ocean if you stood in one corner of the balcony.|

Nice location and room. Price was good. Sneaky charges when ordering at bar so beware of this. They told me they deserved to be tipped and the surcharge was added in addition to my 25%tip. If you can live with non existent daily room service and continual digital access issues- your choice. And be aware the room key will not always let you out of the garage. Had to be rest three times just like the room safe did.

The most disgusting, unclean room & unpleasant and unprofessional staff I have ever come across at any Hilton property. I have been a diamond hilton member for years & travel frequently for work. This was the only Hilton property on Pompono beach, or else I would have left! ||||Check in was “ok”. No actual welcome or how can I help, but rather a flat “ID?”. We were exhausted after cross country travels & getting in late. So the very slow check in was tedious since app did not work to get digital key for this property. When we got to our room, it smelled sour. We sniffed out the problem to find the dishwasher full of dirty dishes (glass still full of what appeared to be a milkshake). We called down to front desk & was told they would come next am to clean. We started the dishwasher on our own to try to rid the problem- which was very loud. We noted in bathroom it had poorly been wiped down (hairs in sink & smears of toothpaste, soap dispenser empty). Next we just tried to ignore this and just go to sleep since we had been awake since 3am! Nope- bed sheets had hairs in it as well & then we noticed greasy head spots on the head board as well as sticky rings on the bedside table! It was completely unsanitary. Popcorn specks notes on carpet as well- it was as if someone came in to make the bed only & nothing else was done by cleaning team.||||We called back to request a room change- took 30 min to switch rooms; the young man at desk apologized & told us to discuss with mgt in am. Next room smelled like weed, but was cleaner. Still had some hair in the shower! But at this point too exhausted to bother complaining & we washed shower down ourselves. We tried to interact with housekeeping- but no one spoke any English!||||Next day, after work we wanted to try to relax, but hot tub & pool was “out of order”, no reasons given. We finally got to speak to the manager about the issues. She was apologetic & offered points or a gift certificate for another night stay. ||||Every interaction with staff was poor (except for mgr). Zero personality. Zero respect or common curtsy. Every young lady at desk were attached to their phones/ear pods & didn't even look up to speak, no one said hello or asked us how we were doing as we passed by desk- no matter the time! They actually acted annoyed when we asked them questions about parking- how dare we disturb their Tick-tock video & make them take their ear pods out! ||||Upon check out, the young lady at the desk with green hair was slouched over the counter on her seat & did not even look up from her phone to check me out. Did not ask how my stay was or even speak to say one word or say good by or “thanks for choosing Hilton”!! She pointed at counter to put my key down that I held in my hand…that was it… I was appalled at the rudeness, poor cleanliness and lack of customer service overall at this property!
