Stayed here for a short business trip. Hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. This goes from the lobby, breakfast area, common facilities, and the rooms. Check-in and check-out process was very fast. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Was only a few minutes from arriving at the desk to being in my room. Room was spacious and had the usual Suites amenities from the refrigerator, dishes, silverware, microwave, working area, living room, etc... It was more than I needed for the short trip, but it's always nice to have. Breakfast was really nice. Had many hot breakfast sandwich options from croissants, biscuits, muffins, subs with different combos of meats and cheeses. Also, had yogurts, fresh fruit, waffles, oatmeal, eggs, cereal, etc... There was a good selection. Overall, very nice stay, friendly staff, and many amenities. Will stay here again when in the area. There's 2 EV parking spots out front which was convenient.

My husband and I recently stayed here for a night before a medical procedure. The room was wonderful, my husband enjoyed the free breakfast, and the staff was friendly. Due to the location, it's very quiet, and you don't get woken up by loud traffic. It's also within driving distance of a lot of different places for food and shopping, and there is plenty of parking. There were also blackout curtains available to help hide the sunlight. I would stay here again if I'm in the area, and highly recommend them.

Clean, modern hotel with friendly, excellent service and great breakfast. Everything smelled fresh, the beds were comfortable and they had good pillow options- feathers or not. The coffee was very good and I loved the fresh blueberries, blackberries, raspberries. We also enjoyed the artwork and collection of books in the lobby, We’d definitely stay here again!

I am currently stay here because my son is part of the US Army Bowl this past weekend and I can truly say this has been the best hotel! Everything is exceptional; from check in to check out. Rooms cleaned daily!!!!! Cleanliness overall. I will be staying here every time I come into town.

Excellent 4-night stay with my mom, at a great rate. Very nice, new, updated and clean property. Daily housekeeping available. Breakfast was really awesome for included complimentary breakfast — they had a little warmer for various breakfast sandwiches, a very cute Texas shaped waffle maker and other hot and grab and go options. ||You do need a car if you’re staying here; there is a Panera next door that you could walk to but that’s about it on foot. However, pretty much anything you could want is within 10 to 20 minutes drive. Took about 30 minutes driving to get to any downtown museums, etc. and the airport. This probably isn’t where I would choose to stay to hit all the Dallas sightseeing spots, but we were here because we used to live in the Plano area and wanted to spend time reminiscing. So this was perfect for our needs on this trip. ||The staff were all very kind and polite and happy to accommodate a few requests we had. The pool is very nice for a non luxury hotel with provided towels and a nice outdoor patio. The room was a great size for sharing with someone and included a kitchenette with a full-size fridge and freezer and a dishwasher as well as dishes and utensils, so great if you don’t want to eat out for every meal. I could see this being a good option for a longer-term stay or business travel.||My first time at a Home2Suites, but I will look for them in future travel! Thanks for a great stay. I can’t think of anything that could be better.

I stay here every single time I'm in Plano. The rooms are spacious and room service is so good, I'm prone to leaving tips (which I don't normally do). There's food and a gas station within easy walking distance. "Big" shopping and food within a couple of miles, too. It can get a little noisy when teams of little league sports are going on.

This is my second stay at a Home2 Suites and I like it. Whoever designed the rooms must also design travel trailers. I mean that in a good way. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and laid out to be extremely efficient. Everything you need for a long-term stay. Dish washer, full sized refrigerator, dishes, sink with disposal, microwave, all in the room. A portable cooktop with a skillet is available upon request. The storage space in the room is unbelievable. Shelves, cabinets, and drawers everywhere; all in the right places to be handy. If you are like me and like to bring everything you own to ensure your comfort, the storage is a big plus. Relaxing in the room, making it feel like you are in your own cabin is nice. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The front desk staff is excellent. They have the typical breakfast bar, but for us, we stopped at Buc-ee’s on the way down. A couple of Beaver Tails and a good cup of coffee from the lobby made a great breakfast in the room. Very enjoyable stay
