BEAUTIFUL LOCATION! CAN'T GO WRONG! My mother and sister came for a visit from Oklahoma to your location at Levis Commons in Perrysburg. Their room was clean and spacious. The best part was the courtyard and lobby. We were able to four nights in a row with different family members while they were here. The fire pit is great out front. The whole place is inviting and their staff are great representatives for your establishment. The gals at the bar can't be beat! Another advantage is the proximity to so many different places to eat and shop. Thank you for making this family trip the best it could be. They can't wait to come back next year. The funny thing is, they just moved to Oklahoma a year ago and it's the first time staying at Levis Commons despite living in Perrysburg!

Rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. My only complaint is that the bathroom door was broken. The food options for breakfast were lovely and delicious. This is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!!

This was our second stay at this hotel and although it is well-kept and in a very convenient location to shopping and dining, there were two disappointing items worth mentioning.||First, the new (it wasn't here during our first stay in 2022) parking fee seems frivolous. They didn't ask for any car information, so I'm not sure how this fee is anything other than an add on. If they need more $$$, please just put it in the room rate.||Second, the breakfast was very mediocre, even by Hom2Suites standards. Eggs and gray sausage under a heat lamp did not look appealing. Also, apples wrapped individually in plastic wrap is always a bad sign. As expected, the apple was pretty mushy. They did have Reese's Puffs among their cereal selection, so that was a plus!

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Tana at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. We have never stayed at a Home2Suites before. We will now stay again. Levis Common looks like a Planned City on the prairie. It was all new and clean and you can walk places. Worth the stay.

Positive: LOVED the location. It had tons of shops and restaurants around the hotel In walking distance. My husband and I went to the Funny Bone and our kids went to the movies. Positive: Location, amenities Negative: Pillows were old, thin, and uncomfortable. Sheets/ bedding were rough. Bathroom was not fully clean, floor was sticky in areas.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel with a friendly, responsive staff! We stayed here on a Saturday night recently for a volleyball tournament and were very satisfied. I'm a Lifetime Diamond member and utilized points for the stay and felt that it was well worth it. Recommend when in the Toledo area!

Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed in the King Suite and the room was perfectly clean. I was worried about recent reviews but they turned out to be false. Amenities were great too. I have no complaints about this hotel or the room I stayed in. Negative: My only complaint about my room was that the shower was cold on the first day and luke-warm on the second day after I told front desk. They said they increased the temperature but would have liked my shower to be hotter. Otherwise no other complaints. Negative: ""
