Our room was nice and spacious and the beds were cozy! But a couple of thing that will keep me from coming back are the fact that I had to clean out each of the drawers before putting our clothes away because they were lined with dog hair, one of those drawers were also broken and just sitting in the cabinet (so every time I pulled out the drawer above it pulled the broken one out and banged all around :/ ), the bathroom toilet was dirty, the bed I slept in had a dirty duvet cover, the elevators smelled like dog urine, and our bottles our soap in the shower were empty (we had already started showering when we realized. So when a team member messaged asking how our stay was going I informed them and housekeeping refilled them.)

I spent almost 3 months at this hotel and everything was just perfect. Location is ideal. It is right off I-10 so you can be on your way in no time. Downtown Pensacola is literally 8 mins away. Staff was always incredibly friendly and helpful, they made my stay even better. Front desk personnel, housekeepers, etc. amazing staff. The free breakfast is also worth mentioning. My room had everything I needed and the kitchenette had enough amenities for me to cook my meals. Would definitely stay here again.

I put this review on Priceline, but apparently it was too negative for them to post. The location is okay, but the clientele and surrounding area is scary if you're not used to it. The people working at the hotel are very nice and friendly, and I think they are doing their best with what they have. It is very clean. However, you're going to be unhappy if you have anyone staying above you. Just walking normally sounds like elephants, so if you (or the people above you) are not tiptoeing around or if you (or the people above you) have kids, you're not going to have a good time if you aren't trying to be a bother or have peace. Instead of just telling people that when they complain they just randomly call rooms to see if "you're the ones making noise" because they can't tell if it's the hallway or your room or someone else's because it just echos. The hotel wasn't built well. They didn't have the pool gate unlocked until they were asked to unlock it although it was 30 minutes past the time it was supposed to be opened. I wouldn't stay here again. It was too stressful.

Love this place. I stay here quite often for business. It’s conveniently located right off the interstate but parking is secluded making it peaceful and quiet! The rooms are always clean and all the staff is nice and friendly!

We stayed here for one night and the hotel was clean and quiet. The rooms were spacious and the staff was all very friendly. My only complaint was that parking is very limited and people just kind of park wherever and however they want. I was pulling a enclosed moving trailer and luckily I was able to find an area to make it work but for those thinking of staying here with a trailer, plan accordingly or you may be unable to park.

This is probably one of the friendliest hotels I've EVER stayed at. Every staff person has a smile on their face and a great conversation to start... And the smiles are not fake or forced. They are all genuinely happy and friendly. My go-to hotel in Pensacola from this trip forward.

My husband and I have spent several weeks at the H2S on Davis. We absolutely love Angela. She truly made our stay feel as comfortable as she possibly could. Angela is accommodating, extremely friendly and clearly believes in putting customers first. I feel she is an excellent presentation for H2S. Thanks Angela!!!!

The rooms are well laid out and clean. Employees are polite and the breakfast was good. However, you can hear all the noise from the pool side and hallway.
