We loved the hotel. The room was clean, and the kitchen area was really done well. The breakfasts were pretty good. The do have a laundry also. The reason I knocked off a star was because they charge for parking. I just don't think that's right. Yes it was less than other hotels @ $10p/day but it seems petty. The rooms aren't exactly cheap anyway. The staff is great as well.

The hotel room was clean and smelled clean. The bed was comfortable. There were no kleenex in our room and when we asked for some at the front desk they were completely out. Our garbage disposal didn’t work at all, no big deal, we didn’t need it. The kitchen sink drained very, very slowly. Breakfast was mediocre at best. There were egg options listed, but they ran out on our first day there and the second day they told us there weren’t any at all. There were spoons and a sign for yogurt, but no yogurt and none in the hotel according to staff. They ran out of milk on our second day. The final straw was the stray hair on our breakfast plate. We were downstairs for breakfast before 8:00 both days so it’s not like we showed up super late. |Overall, I didn’t feel like it was a dirty hotel or anything like that, but the amenities that were missing were important enough that we won’t stay here again.

Beautiful clean hotel! Carina provided the most wonderful guest experience we have ever experienced. She worked back to back shifts, opened breakfast, running the front desk always had a smile on her face. The General Manager, housekeeping manager, housekeepers & houseman everyone we came in contact with was so friendly. Carina deserves a promotion & the staff deserves some nice recognition/raise.

The service was phenomenal from the moment we stepped into the building. We got in late that evening from Colorado. My kids were struggling with the luggage trolley, so the young lady working the front desk rolled it up to our room. Later that evening, she gave them free water. The service was the absolute BEST, and we have traveled quite a bit out of our home state. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to PCB.

Great hotel! When I'm in Panama City every year, I usually book a condo but I tried this place out and absolutely loved it. The customer service was awesome. The room was nice and clean as if I was the first person to ever sleep in it. It was so spacious and felt like home. The pool area was cute, nice and clean. I really enjoyed my stay here and I'll definitely stay here again.

Positive: The service from the two ladies the evening we checked in. The young man taking care of breakfast was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean and area around it. Room was big and came with dishes. Negative: Pull out bed not made up. Given clean linen I had to make it up. Found dirty qtip side of toilet. The older man in morning was a bit rude. when anyone ask question it was like you were disturbing what he was doing, omelette labeled veggie, but had pork!

To: Shermoine. You are a very gift person. Rolled in from a 6 hour ride on the bike at 2:00 am . The wonderful woman at the front desk was so kind with a professional attitude. But that’s not what this review is about. When I open the door to room 313. It was a breath of fresh air. I felt the love that had to be given from the CEO of cleaning! I mean for a person to love there job so much, I felt like my mother made my bed. Every inch of the room was absolutely heartwarming and healthy. The next morning. It really hit me . Someone is special, management needs to know . So I made it my priority and they provided her name. Shermoine is a gift from god. A beautiful soul who puts her passion and love into her work. Shermoine should be over all the properties owned buy this company she could rase there return rate !
