Breakfast attendant seems like very rude Hot Milk .. he can provide us but refused it Room thermostat needs to have auto fan option It was ran continuously and waste of electricity Front stuff has no knowledge how to put maintenance call No night managers answer her call What kind of management it was? GM just listen don’t take any actions then this hotel needs GM .very polite but no actions . Don’t it make sense? Iron need to replaced since it was release dark black particles and mess up our cloths I hope management read the comments seriously and take a actions asap Wish you all the best

This was one of the best stays! I would absolutely stay here again. I'm a student at Full Sail University and flew in for a local event. The check in process was so easy with no hidden fees, deposit was so small, and check out process was very smooth as well. Rideshares could find it very easily. Room was so spacious and clean! Had a whole mini kitchen, desk, and etc. It was basically a studio apartment if you will. Staff were so friendly. Great location as well because you can walk to a little plaza right in front of the hotel with a bunch of different food options. This will be my go to place to stay!

Hotel was clean, quiet and had the most amazing staff! Chanit at breakfast and Isabella at the front desk went above and beyond. The breakfast was very good, gym was nice and the pool. Highly recommend this hotel if visiting the UCF or Orlando area!

Let me say that our experience was very good. Nice, new, clean, convenient, and quiet, this hotel will not disappoint. The rooms are well thought out and everything works. The "free" breakfast is better than it was, but is still fair to poor. Since I limit my intake of carbs, I was left with hard boiled eggs or funny eggs,(precooked slices of omelets or other unidentified edibles. All the yogurt was sweetened. Bring your own yogurt. The coffee is good. I would stay here again, but I'd do a little grocery shopping.

We love this hotel! We chose this Home 2 suites by Hilton because of their spacious rooms, being pet friendly and location! We are staying for an extended long stay in a 1 King Bedroom suite with a separate kitchen and living room with a pull out sofa bed. This was perfect for our family and gave us plenty of space for our family of four and our 2 fur babies! This hotel is very clean and has a fresh and bright look to it! This has been our home away from home! The staff here is amazing! They have helped us plan for our long stay here since I contacted them and stopped by a few months ago. A huge shout out to Tally who is the Sales Coordinator here as she has personally assisted us with our timing of our stay and changes of dates we had to make. She has been a true blessing to us! Also, Sarah, Josephine and all of the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful! They reached out right away after we checked in by text message to check on us and our room and we simply text them if we need anything. The breakfast staff do a great job each morning and the maintenance staff do a great job keeping the outside and hotel well kept. The Housekeeping staff is amazing too! They greet us every time we pass in the hallways and our room was so clean when we checked in and they do an amazing job keeping the hotel clean! Thank you so much to everyone here at this hotel for making our stay so comfortable and great!

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The beds and pillows were amazing. They have everything as far as dishes and such that you could need. This place was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in a long time. I am a extremely picky person and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our recent stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando left me with mixed feelings. While the overall experience was pleasant – with a quiet and clean hotel environment – there were some notable drawbacks that detracted from the otherwise enjoyable stay. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the serene atmosphere and well-maintained facilities. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed that the bathtub exhibited dark mold spots, and the toilets bore stubborn stains around the rings. These hygiene issues were disappointing and detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room. Additionally, while the hotel aims to provide a homely experience, there is room for improvement in certain areas. For instance, the breakfast menu remained unchanged throughout my stay, lacking variety and freshness. It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider rotating the menu daily and offering a wider selection of items to cater to the diverse preferences of guests. Furthermore, as a frequent guest of this establishment, I couldn't help but notice the need for updates and repairs throughout the hotel. While the ambiance was welcoming, the presence of visible repairs and maintenance issues detracted from the luxury experience that one expects from a Hilton hotel. Overall, while my stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando was satisfactory, there are areas where improvements could be made to enhance the guest experience. Addressing cleanliness issues, updating amenities, and providing a more varied breakfast selection would undoubtedly elevate the hotel's appeal and ensure that guests feel both at home and indulged during their stay.

Our stay was really great! Your front desk Clerk Josephine was amazing she was very knowledgable and treated us like Gold! Rooms were great and the staff was top notch def recommend to anyone looking to relax in the area
