Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando/International Drive South - Extended stay hotel in Orlando - 12107 Regency Village Dr, USA

Clean, convenient, comfortable and some of the best sleep I had at a hotel. I have really come to like the Home2 Suites model and have stayed in several. This one stood out. It was convenient to the parks and attractions and walking distance to several eating choices. Check in was easy and quick. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and I slept better than I have ever slept in a hotel. Breakfast was well staged,presented, and maintained. Anything you would want want- cereal, waffles, oatmeal, toast, a variety of egg based options, and plenty of hot coffee. I rarely see the variety of breakfast options in one hotel offering. We had an issue with our towels but before we even finished our sentence explaining what had happened, they provided additional towels. We did not use the shuttle because we were a le to make it to and from the parks at our convenience in 20 minutes even in traffic. The kitchenette would have been perfect for our family if we had the kids with us but this was a couples retreat.

Home2 Suites is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. It has once daily shuttle to the theme parks (we didn’t use it).||||The hotel is clean and our room was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Our room was spacious. It included an apartment size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and dishes. There was a nice desk area with a pull out dining table. There was also a lot of storage space with shelving, drawers and cabinets. ||||The only negative was the breakfast. It ended at 9. There are 4 waffle stations plus a warmer with breakfast sandwiches and omelets. It got very crowded in that area. There was no fruit. Seating was ample.||||Parking is free which was a plus. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Nice hotel, big clean quiet room with pull out sofa bed for 3 beds total. I slept really well on the sofa bed after asking for more sheets which were given promptly. Make it yourself waffles were decent but the breakfast muffins were inedible. Rideshare to Disneyworld was ~$15 each way to/from the hotel so did not take advantage of the shuttles since we wanted to be there at park open. We would stay here again.

My expectations were not very high given that Suites style hotels can be a hit or miss. However, staying here was my best decision, and I will definitely return. Here's why: Rooms: Large and clean rooms with everything you could need. Large fridge, utensils, plates,dish soap, microwave, and burners ( upon request). I always bring wipes to clean things once over and was surprised at how clean the wipes were. The rooms could've used a bit of vacuuming here and there (like under the desk, side tables). Location to Parks: 15 min drive to Disney or Orlando. The hotel also has a shuttle to Epcot and Universal that leaves at 9:30a and 10:30a and a returning one for 6:45p and 9p. This was perfect for my group, and we easily used Disney's transit from Epcot to the other parks. This hotel was one of the first stops on and first stops for drop-offs, so we always had a seat. Location in general: Right next door to a grocery store and many great places to eat ( pizza, sushi, Hotpot, Latin, etc). Within walking distance of the outlet malls. Other great points are mobile check-in and keys. The staff was great and friendly, but I love not interacting with people. The free breakfast was decent (coffee, tea, juice, yogurt,cereal,pancakes,breakfast sandwiches,toast).

The hotel is very clean and inviting, close to many attractions. They do not add on the silly "Resort Fees", which should all be included in the price of your stay, not an add on fee. No charge for parking, many hotels in the same area charge for parking! The desk clerk was very friendly upon our arrival and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We will stay here again for our next trip in February.

Clean, comfortable and very reasonable. Ester and Emily are super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a full kitchen. Pet friendly and plenty of breakfast options. I have stayed at Home2 Suites twice now in Orlando at 2 different locations and they were excellent. Thank you!

My experience at this hotel was very good. Very clean, spacious rooms, convenient to shopping areas, malls and highway. Jewel helped me through the whole booking process and she is professional, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. Thank you for accommodating our family. This would not be our last time here. My family was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. They have breakfast and coffee. The only thing I would have to say is it’s pet friendly. For me, I could smell it in the hallways but it wasn’t that bad. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay.

Ok guys here we go. This Home2 location has been one of the most cleanest and very well presented Hotels from that particular line brand from Hilton. Staff is awesome the girls at the front desk are very well trained and they can multitask specially in the AM when there are many people eating breakfast before hitting the parks. Restaurant staff makes a very good breakfast included in your stay so you know people will be eating. Lobby is very clean, Pool and gym area are very well kept. This hotel sits in a very good location for guest to walk to stores and restaurants. Associate Esther was very kind and helped us with many questions. We’ll definitely be staying here as this location is just a great 😊 area.
