All staff were very friendly, especially Daniel who checked us in. It was a busy weekend and he was able to get us some things we needed and quickly. We were upgraded and ended up with a spacious room that had separate bedroom from living room which was wonderful with our children. Everything was very clean! Pool area was wonderful. We would absolutely stay here again. Our expectations were exceeded for this stay!

I hope who ever is the manager can read this I want you to know your night supervisor is very rude. He talks very loud and aggressive on the phone with your customers! He was absolutely rude and was telling me that I’m irrelevant just because I called to ask what my room number was ? I am all the way out here in Wyoming and my brother is staying in Madonna therpy I haven’t been at the hotel in over a week and left the key with my brother he does not speak English and needed help because he didn’t no why the key wasn’t working so when I called to get help the supervisor was telling me that I’m a random person calling and that I’m irrelevant and why didn’t my brother go down there and get a key from him which was totally fine for my brother to do so the only problem my brother can’t talk to him because he doesn’t speak English that’s why I was calling to help plus the room is under my name and you guys have my bank info so I don’t understand how I’m a random person calling I have been in your system for over a week. The hotel is beautiful very clean and great breakfast just sucks that a beautiful hotel like yours has a piece of trash representing it and talking rude to people over the phone when all I needed was help. I hope one day his poor attitude gets him fired people don’t deserve to get treated like that.

We stayed at Home2 Suites, Omaha on Chicago Street. It was a good place to stay, quiet, nice location, clean, but what made it so memorable was one specific employee-Daniel. He greeted us the first day we arrived and was very pleasant and efficient. Throughout our stay we had a few occasions to interact over general hotel business, and he was always an outstanding employee going out of his way to give great and noticeable customer service. He definitely stood out in his personableness, honesty, character, and being very efficient. We wanted to highlight and commend him for the great job and enhancing our stay by being such a great employee.

This is a clean, newer hotel on far west side of Omaha metro in an upscale area away from hassles of downtown. We found our room to be clean, spacious and mostly fresh smelling (we detected a faint 'dog' smell in couch, as this is a pet friendly hotel, after all). The location is easy to find. We noticed a couple of maintenance issues that should be addressed, and probably will be. During furious overnight rain storms, we did not hear a thing. Some deluxe shopping is just east on the frontage road. The excellent "Pitch Pizza" is only a block away, very walkable. Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate Co. adjoins the property. Immediate access to 6 and 64.

This hotel was the most family friendly hotel we’ve stayed at to date. The rooms were clean, large and up to date. The kitchen had all the essentials and some added extras that made it possible for us to cook for the family as opposed to eating out every night. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sarah L. She went above and beyond to make our family, especially the kids, feel comfortable on a long weekend stay.

Very friendly staff. They definitely make it there business that you enjoy your stay. I had a personal encounter with Daniel at there front guest and he was a great help not only that offered my cookies. Honestly I really enjoyed my stay. Not to mention how spacious and clean the rooms are.

The room was amazing and I loved it however the lady who worked there named Stacy was a real pice of work she was nice when I checked in however was nasty after a little while and I tried to be nice to her but it didn't work. I talked to the bosses and the seemed not to care at all the person in the after was really nice and wish he could get some credit but I will not be back for how she treated me and how the manger didn't care.

This is the third time that we have done a birthday party at this hotel and they have always been very accommodating. Specifically for this trip we had Derik and Daniel help us at the front desk and they were so great in helping set up tables and get trash against us. I want to particularly call out Daniel, because he seems to be doing a lot behind the scenes and he got his pillows when we needed it .||My daughter had an amazing time, and says it is one of the best birthday parties she has ever had.
