Home2 Suites by Hilton Omaha I-80 at 72nd Street - Hotel in Omaha - 7011 Hascall St, USA

This was our first stay in a combined/2 in 1 hotel (Tru and Home2 Suites in one building). The front desk receptionist appeared very disinterested in checking us in, gave us no information about where to get the breakfast (we only saw one breakfast area and realized too late there was a second breakfast area that had much more selection and was technically part of the side of the hotel we were staying in). She also neglected to inform me that my credit card would be charged as soon as I checked in (vs when I checked out), nor did she confirm that the credit card I reserved the room on was the same one I wanted charged; I didn’t. By the time I checked out the next morning and realized the card had been charged I was told it was “too late and too difficult to change”. The hotel itself was nice, but the service was disappointing.

Loved this hotel. Best stay in our 14 days (so far) driving across the country. Large room, new building, fun play area with games, nice hot shower pressure, good breakfast, helpful friendly staff. Highly recommended.

What an amazing staff and location. I accidentally booked a room at a different location. I had already unloaded the car with my four kids one of which was only 2 weeks at the time. When my reservation was not found Dejhia went above and beyond to contact the other location and move my reservation. What amazing service!! Our room was spacious (King suite), it was also clean and well stocked. If we are in this area again we will book here.

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities. Spacious rooms and I love that they have 2 side that are for different types of stays. We stayed with a full fridge and dishwasher and microwave. Every thing was clean and worked great. Beds were very comfortable and I always like the black out shades. Water was hot and good pressure consistently for our stay. The breakfast was great for free. Just not a lot of fruit choices. The hotel is in a great spot with stuff all around and even a coffee spot in the parking lot. Right off the highway but not so close you hear the vehicles pass. All of the staff we interacted with were great. Helpful and kind. Like they like their jobs. Wish we could have stayed longer. Keep up the good work.

Very clean property, excellent rooms and facilities. Excellent breakfast. 4 stars because lady who checked me in was very expressionless, very upset over something. On the direct opposite end was the lady (maybe n her 50s) who checked me out. Very pleasant smile and very very helpful

The staff was great. Manager checked in with me twice during my stay via text. A large group of friends and family visited us at the hotel daily and the rec areas made it so easy to hang out together. Being able to shooting pool with family was fun too!

This hotel had the best accessible hotel room we have experienced. It was close to the lobby and a back entrance. The room was spacious and well-appointed. |The regular room and amenities were perfect, too. |But, the thing that made this a perfect stay was the afternoon staff person that went above and beyond. She responded to every need with empathy and got us what we needed quickly and kindly. She went above and beyond for others and we noticed!

When you need a clean, quiet room that is new with modern, fun decor! I really like the Tru brand. Used the gym and found what I needed for breakfast (included). Walked to a nearby restaurant, Spezia, which was great for dinner.
