Very clean and comfortable! Has a very nice pool and fitness center. It’s nice and modern! Nicole and Dean provided great service and were so friendly. They helped make our stay excellent. Breakfast was great every morning with a variety of items. The lactose free chocolate milk was so unexpected (but so appreciated for our lactose intolerant son), you don’t find that often at other hotels. I would most definitely stay here again!

Convenient location and excellent in-room amenities is what sets this hotel apart. The kitchenette and full sized fridge were awesome! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious. It was the perfect landing spot for a New Albany date night. The free breakfast was pretty great compared to some hotels that charge extra. Highly recommended, and we plan to visit other Home2Suite locations in the future!

The hotel staff was SOOOO nice!!! We had food delivered and the delivery driver left it at the front desk but the front desk agent dropped it off for us. That was so sweet and the ENTIRE reason I left a 5 star review.

It has been nice staying here for more than a month. Nice room and nice staff. Less than 10 minutes from my jobsite. I will highly recommend this hotel to my coworkers.

The 2nd shift lady, I'm sad to say I didn't get her name SOLD me to this place !!! She was the kindest, most caring person I've meet In A while, while traveling as much as we do. This place fell short on breakfast tho. They basically had nothing. They had oatmeal, waffles simple. I know this place to have egg, bacon, sausage. I still gave them 5 stars Due to the lady and the place is very clean

Great place and clean. Inspect fruit carefully at breakfast, I got a bad banana. If you bring a game console, and actually get to play, let me know how lol I couldn't get tv to switch to hdmi 2

We had a great time very clean and spacious rooms. There was one staff that stood out and she was phenomenal as a person. She should be running the place she was the only personable front staff person we met in the week long we were there. People could learn a lot from Candace . She is the gem of the place!

Nice looking hotel, room seemed fairly clean until i found blood stains on the sheets and the sliding door in the bathroom was broken. Pillows were not great and there were no sheets for the pull out couch, just the bed. We paid in advance on expedia and when we arrived we were told that only $50 would be held off a debit card for incidentals which is understandable and normal hotel practice. The clerk Candice told us that our card would not be charged again and only for the incidental. The transaction then showed the full amount for the room but she assured us that was not going to be charged since we already paid. Upon arrival in the room we checked the bank balance to find that the entire amount had been charged and thus causing an overdraft of over $100. We contacted her and she told us there was nothing she can do and to contact expedia. She was extremely rude about it and so was the manager which we talked to later that night to resolve the issue. After talking to them i could hear them talking about me behind my back. They finally fixed the issue at midnight after hours of trying to resolve this and during this we were threatened to be removed because i was raising my voice just a little bit because of how terribly rude the staff was being to me. Absolutely horrible customer service do not stay here.
