The hotel was modern and very clean, and had a lot of great amenities, including on-site laundry, a workout room, and even a few patios to hang out on! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I liked how close the hotel was to highways and the mall. The only thing that bummed me out was that my room smelled bad. From what I understand, there are some rooms in the hotel that are pet-friendly, and I believe I may have ended up in one of those rooms, as it smelled strongly of dogs. The first night wasn't bad, but it progressively got stronger and more noticeable throughout the week. I ended up having to buy a few Febreze air freshener pods to help cover it up so I could enjoy being in the room. I stayed in room 228 on the Home2 side, for reference. I understand that people stay with their pets, and that sometimes the smell is hard to get out of carpet / upholstery - it was just unpleasant to deal with when I was in the room.

Great hotel! We loved the joint lobby with the Tru hotel, it was nice to have the room size and amenities of the Home2 Suites with the fun from the Tru hotel. ||The hotel offers a shuttle to/from|Both the airport and the mall - which was very convenient! Great breakfast options and a well stocked kitchen. ||The social area was size able. We had pizza and snacks with some friends who weren't staying there and it was perfect! ||Loved this hotel and would certainly stay again!

Hard to find places that fit families of 5 but Home2 is very accommodating for this. Mike at the front desk helped us change rooms after our first one wasn’t fitting. Would definitely stay here again! The showers have great water pressure and are very hot. Breakfast has delicious farm fresh yogurt that my whole family loved.

Perfect location to stay if you plan on going to the mall of america, as it is but a short walk away from the hotel. With good rates and amenities, you room doesn't suffer from the fact that the per-day is fairly cheap. The fridge is large enough to carry your to-go leftovers with ease and the privacy curtain does a great job at separating the adults from whoever sleeps on the couch bed. Wifi worked like a charm. Shuttle will go wherever you need to go to in the area without a fuss and the driver was friendly and sociable. Continental breakfast is about what you'd expect, and I liked the side area by the minibar in the lobby for eating breakfast. Would do business there again. Only wish I didn't have to re-log in every time for the wifi.

The proximity to the mall and airport are great. The noise from the planes takes some getting used to. We really enjoyed the convenience of having the hotel attached to the business next door. No fault of the hotel, but the neighboring room had a dog who's barking woke us up in the mornings. We were charged for parking and given a pass but never saw anyone parked next to us with a similar pass. There was plenty of parking.

Great hotel exceptionally clean and everything in it that one could ask for. Rooms have small kitchen with large fridge and microwave. The toiletries are good quality..very close to airport, although with no car it's quite far from downtown and lakes. They do a courtesy bus to airport and the mall. highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is absolutely outstanding! The level of cleanliness surpasses any other hotel I have ever been to. . Moreover, the breakfast spread was exceptional, and everything we tried was truly fantastic. The hotel lobby offered a variety of entertainment options, including board games, a life-size connect four, and a pool table, which the children thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the pool itself was excellent, earning an A+++ rating.

This hotel is wonderful. The rooms are clean and roomy. We got the double queen room with pull out couch which fit our family wonderfully. The pool is a bit small but still a great amenity. We were impressed with the free pool table in the lobby and the board games offered for traveling family. Our family had a blast playing Jenga and candy land. Offering games is such a small amenity but makes such a big impact to a family. The only downside is they do charge for parking. When we are paying to stay I believe that should be included..but I guess that's to be expected in these days .
