Tidy, clean, quiet hotel. We were here for a quick overnight before going to Valleyfair. The lobby staff was friendly and the breakfast was varied and very good. Did not swim this time around but the pool seemed fine. This would be an excellent hotel for a family stay. I appreciated the hot coffee in the lobby at all hours.

My experience with this hotel was very poor. The cleanliness of this hotel is disgusting. The hallways and room smell of heavy mildew. The beds were soft and old. I highly doubt our bedsheets were washed. The bathroom shower had red mold in the corners. Undoubtedly the worst hotel experience in the last 10 years, and all for the low price of $192.

I had to book this hotel during the IT meltdown and was flying Delta. All the hotels around MSP were booked, or I had to pay a small fortune, so I branched out. While this hotel may be out of the way, it is still close to everything. While the hotel was packed with families, it was remarkably quiet. The breakfast selection was excellent.

Our stay was great! Fortunately, we were able to work with Lisa (director of sales). We were having some confusion and issues and she took the time to help us. She was working the front desk and went out of her way to help when she certainly did not have to. She spent almost a hour with us to make it work and we appreciated that so much. Customer service was amazing!

booked two rooms with this hotel, arrived and they said they don't have rooms available. their only solution was to give me a refund and have me figure things out on my own. they did not have the courtesy to tell me in advance. i arrived at 7pm to check in and had to figure out new accommodations last minute. i would never stay here or visit this hotel if i were you. i am a diamond rewards member and have stayed at many locations world wide and this by far was the worst and would hate to see how they treat regular customers.

We have stayed here often but this time was horrible from our greeting to the many other issues. We will not be staying here in the future with many other options available. We were rudely addressed upon check in by Amanda (who refused to give us her name) and told they over booked and did not have the room we booked. Tried to offer an "upgrade" to a king room but we had 4 people and needed 2 qn beds which she refused to acknowledge. She then stated we had 2 rooms/reservations which we did not, showed her my confirmation which confirmed 1 rm and matched her confirmation #. She refused to cancel the 2nd room and wanted to argue with me. She finally canceled but would not confirm if I would be charged as she marked it late cancel--when I never booked it. Elevator broke and the only working sounded like it was going to die, was always dirty and went very slow. We could not get extra wash cloth and coffee was out every day and we had to alert staff. Hot tub was like a warm bath, no where near proper temp. Breakfast staff was Ok on the second and third day. They were out out of oatmeal and only response was manager asked them not to make it. I asked 4 times to have a manager call me, left personal note and phone # and no one bothered to follow up with me. We had to give a $75 fee upon checking in which was charged with no real explanation of what it was for or when it might be refunded (again staff with an attitude). Each time we experienced this staff member we got dirtly looks and attitude so our overall stay was uncomfortable. Room and beds were fine but did not make up for all the other issues. UPDATE: Had a nice conversation with the manager and hope the challenges are addressed or temporary. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share our experience

Beds you can sink into. The bedding is soft and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning was decent. There are plenty of hot or cold choices of food. The fruit was ripe, and the coffee was hot. The breakfast counter is well maintained. The lobby has a variety of seating options. The employees were friendly. Elevators worked well.

Thank you all for allowing us to have a great! Phenomenal experience! Pool, breakfast all. Room was very spacious. All around great place to stay!
