Clean rooms and hotel still feels very new. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was coffee and a small selection for breakfast, which is just enough to start the morning. There was also a small induction hot plate available if requested and great amenities in the rooms making it easy to cook in if you’re not trying to eat out for every meal. Location was convenient and accessible. Great value and stay here.

This place was very nice and rooms were nice and clean. The lady who checked us in was so pleasant as long with the women who was working late at 2 in the morning. My only issue is at 945 in the morning they were closing breakfast and shut down the juice machine. Also had no coffee. I feel like when your spending 200 a night to stay at a decent hotel then the least you can do is keep breakfast open until 10 and make sure you have hot coffee.

From the moment I walked in, I could feel the warmth and positive culture of this hotel. The location is wonderful, so close to a myriad of shopping and recreation options--all within walking distance. The rooms are clean and bright and I was happily greeted by friendly staff as I toured the hotel. My favorite areas were the outdoor patio (they have a grill!!) And the gym/laundry area. West Allis now has some great hotel options(they didn't for many years) but Home2Suites West is my new favorite.

The hotel provided a good experience with cleanliness, a great location, and professional, friendly staff. However, the check-in process was very confusing. I arrived early Saturday morning, around 20 minutes past midnight, and was informed that I had already been checked in, yet I was only then given the room keys. My booking was from Friday to Monday morning. On Sunday night, my key failed to work, and the front desk claimed my reservation was only until Sunday. Fortunately, I managed to secure the same room for an additional night under a new reservation. Despite this, I was billed for four nights instead of the three I stayed. The check-in clerk seemed perplexed and unsure of the procedures, resulting in me being overcharged for an extra night.

I like the location, it's close to i94, and a shopping center with stores. Associates were nice. Facility is clean. Pool was nice. Small but nice. I would recommend a shower in there for folks to rinse off. Free breakfast always a plus and it was delicious. Rooms were spacious, clean and had plenty of amenities (fridge, sink, coffee maker and dishwasher). I would definitely come again.

Beautiful new hotel, great heated indoor pool, and modern, colorful design throughout the hotel. The room was very large, with a kitchen, seating area, huge TV, and nice, bright modern bathroom. Lots of options for breakfast, including waffle makers, delicious breakfast sandwiches, mini-omelettes, and even biscuits and gravy. The lobby had plenty of space to eat or work, with outlets. Nice gym, great pool as mentioned, laundry, and 2 outdoor seating areas. Safe & convenient location. Perfect stay!

This was a great location and we would stay here again. Although we did encounter two issues, Stacey resolved them to the best of her capabilities and we appreciated that. The hotel is gorgeous, clean, nice rooms, safe area, a couple miles from ballpark and Milwaukee itself. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel was spotless. The rooms were spacious and contained several extra nice touches. the bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked great.|A couple of odd things such as. the front door being locked after 6 pm, made arriving at 8 pm a bit difficult for us. One staff member was extremely rude and needs training from management in customer service. I would not allow this one person to dissuade me from returning. Overall a great stay.
