This was an odd hotel. There clearly are people living here and I wish I had known that before booking. I've never had that experience before. I think if a hotel is used as a primary residence for some, that should be disclosed. A door in my hallway was personalized (won't post the picture I took as to protect the person's privacy.) The strong food odor from the room across the hall permeated my room 24/7, the entire second floor and I could even smell it in the lobby. I would not stay here again.

Terrible! I booked 5 nights. Housekeeping was not performed after the first night. I did not have the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. On the second night, the room next to me had music so loud that it woke me up at about 2am. I complained to the desk, who said that they contacted that room and told them they were getting noise complaints. It did not get any better. I then asked for another room. I was given a new key card to another room, packed up one load of my items and the key to the new room did not work. I then told the front desk to not bother. By the this point, it will be time to get up by the time rooms are switched. This place is awful. Never again! UPDATE: They did try to make it up to me by adding enough points to my Hilton Honors account for a one night stay but too little, too late. It was a terrible stay and I won’t forget walking around at work like a zombie from lack of sleep. I did add one star because they at least tried to help after the fact.

The rooms are very well designed (bathroom accessible from both living room and bedroom) and clean (except if you plop off the sofa bed it's not cleaned underneath but I don't expect them to clean that). I really like how the bedroom has a door and can be closed off from the living room. The breakfast is very nice too. However!! They ran out of extra comforter blankets! I came late at night and just due to a coincidence there were multiple kids birthday party reservations that made them run out of extra blankets for the sofa bed (the blanket they had with the sofa bed is a thin thrown blanket). Luckily I went to the Tru by Hilton hotel next door and they loaned me an extra thick blanket and pillow cases. The internet disconnect a lot from my laptop but that was a minor inconvenience.

Positive: Had a waffle maker for breakfast. All staff were very friendly and approachable. Room was comfortable. Negative: Price but that's life haha it was well worth it for the comfort. Hot tub was down?

We have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 4-5 years. The past couple of years we’ve really said to ourselves that the place had really gone down hill. From dust and grime in the corners of the bathroom to the hallway doors being absolutely filthy. In fact, my visit in January ‘23, I was down on my hands and knees using a disinfecting wipe to clean the bathroom it was that filthy. Boy do I have to tell you, how things have changed since new management and new employees have taken over. It’s been a complete 180! The rooms have obviously been deep cleaned (bathrooms are spotless), the hallway doors are now clean and the place is just the perfect place to stay again. Special shout-out to Peter, Rose and Eric who made our stay extra special. We will be back and look forward to seeing you guys again!

I reserved a king suite for my 2 or 3 day stay. I checked in digitally so I can go straight to my room upon arrival. I never received a digital key so I had to check in at the front desk. When I checked in at the front desk, we went to the room I reserved and it was dirty. House keeping never touched the room. This was around 8pm. They had to change my room and put me in a double bed room, which is not the room I booked. When I got to that room, I didn’t notice much of anything wrong with the room. I ate and went to bed. The next morning when I was getting around, I noticed dried blood on the bathroom door, and there was long hair in the shower. When I took a shower, the body wash and shampoo were the same exact liquid, The iron was dirty and also ruined one of my shirts with all the black melted residue. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. There was also a dog in a nearby room that wouldn’t stop barking early that morning. I packed my stuff and checked out. Upon checkout, since they had to change my room, there was a $30 additional charge. When I saw that, the front desk immediately corrected it, but that should have never happened either. I told the front desk associate about this experience. He was empathetic and offered to have someone to call me. He also offered to comp my room. I told him that I didn’t want my room comped because I did stay there and us the services I purchased, but I did take him up on some points when he offered. I told him someone can call me if they want to hear my experience first hand. To date, nobody has called, which tells me they don’t care either. This is by far the worst and only time I ever gave a poor rating along with feedback. I have been a good customer of Hilton being a Diamond member, however, this is not valued by this particular leadership team at this location. I ended up staying at the Holiday Inn Express down the road and it was by far a much better experience.

I spent 7 days here. The room was clean and the water pressure was good. The bed is very comfortable. The room was super clean and plenty of space. The pool and Hot tub....omg cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel... I would have recommended this hotel just for those things alone...but the customer service was phenomenal...Peter at the front desk catered to what ever I needed and Hilaria the head maid or should be the "head" Maid...omg I was so happy coming back to my room after a long day at work and everything was cleaned...but it wasn't only clean...the room was better than when I checked in.

Overall the rooms are fine.. Breakfast however is turkey sausage or chicken sausage. Like they do not believe in Pork sausage. They allow pets in the room, which I myself am not a fan of, cause the guest beside me, not only had a dog barking all day and night, but also a baby crying almost all the time..
