Nice hotel just needs updating. However, the rooms were a little dusty, and some spaces were not cleaned (near AC, corners, bath shower). The dirty carpet should be replaced. Horrible breakfast! A congested lobby area. The floor plan was not well laid out. The elevators get on your nerves with having to use the room card to access. The elevator floors need redoing. They are dangerous. The flooring is not well laid. They need to add durable tile/wood on the floors. The hall carpets are dirty. They should rip it up and replace with tile or other durable flooring.

Positive: I love the location and I enjoy all home 2 suites hotels for the most part l. Negative: I did not like that it was used for people with temporary housing placement. They were loud, smoked weed all day night, it smelled so loud. House keeping came in my room without knocking at 7am and check out is noon.

All the people working there are so nice and helpful. My only concern is that in the website says that they just renewed the place but actually they are still renewing so my door had a big space between the floor and you could actually see the aisle from the room. And my room was still old and needing some improvements. Also I could hear the room upstairs, so if you don’t sleep heavy like me I suggest asking for the 4th floor. but other than that the breakfast is super organized, more options than some Home2 I stayed before and the people who worked there are really a plus and Nono of my concerns are their fault.

PLEASE READ!!!!! I was staying here on a work trip for over a month. Hotel and staff were friendly and clean. Room was in decent order besides missing some cooking supplies overall no complaints there. But my biggest issue is with their camera system, which is nonexistent. They have a fake camera in the lobby. I had accidentally left something in front of the check in desk and when I went back to retrieve it the item was gone and there was nothing that could be done except "were sorry we will keep an eye out". Spoke with the manager the next day and was informed the camera doesn't actually store video. This does fall on me for leaving it there but had hopes of a resolution since I saw the camera. Stay at your own risk.

The hotel itself was nice. Easy location to a bunch of different places. The room was decent, but with a couple issues. The door to the bathroom was very bad. It closed halfway. The person at the front desk sent up maintenance, but he was too dumb to know how to fix the door. Tiling from the bathroom ceiling kept falling off. NOT safe!!!!

Hotel is a newer generation of Home2 Suites, but I don't think the floors have ever been cleaned since it opened. Detritus and stains and dirt everywhere. A piece of glass on my bedroom floor! The carpets have a brown streak right down the middle. Also, the air conditioner doesn't work too well. Employ parks their car right where you need to park your car to unload your luggage. Disappointed.

Location is perfect!! we stayed in room 327, it was clean cozy and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. I read other reviews about roaches and dirty stuff but we didn’t have any problems at all. I definitely will be staying again

Staff is friendly but not always attentive. Rooms are usually pretty dirty and have paper thin walls, so be aware. Location is great. It is better than some other Southaven hotels but nothing I yearn to stay at. It's convenient.
