This is a brand new clean hotel. The staff super friendly. The manager gave me a late check out because my plane wasn’t leaving until the afternoon. The breakfast was good. It conveniently located, close to the airport and liberty University. It is actually within walking distance of quite a few shops and restaurants.

We were in Lynchburg to move our son into Liberty University, and had a great experience at the Home2Suites. Roberto was helpful when we accidentally locked our access card in the room, and also checked the lost and found for a missing item after we returned home. The room was clean and new, and coffee/tea was always available in the lobby. It is conveniently located near numerous restaurants, retails stores, and the Liberty University campus.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and while it’s a new property, we were surprised by the lack of cleanliness. Unfortunately, there were multiple cleanliness issues during our stay. We found hair on the floor throughout the room, and even inside the pillowcase. The inside of the refrigerator was dirty. The bathroom floor and sink were dirty, and there was a spill near the dining table that hadn’t been fully cleaned up. With two young kids, my wife had to clean the room just to feel somewhat comfortable. We mentioned these concerns to the front desk staff, who were polite and apologized, but no further action was taken to address the situation. For a new hotel, we expected much better standards of cleanliness. This experience was disappointing, and I hope management takes steps to improve their housekeeping.

The staff were friendly, lots of storage in the rooms, beds extremely comfortable. New hotel, so it was clean. Minor issues that I mentioned to the hotel listed below that can be easily rectified. Hopefully staff will work out some of the kinks and they can receive five-stars from me in the future. I will stay there again.||After breakfast, they put the chairs on the tables. This made the lobby look unwelcoming. There was a dirty plate and mug left in the elevator area for over a day. Staff should have seen this during a walk through. The egg items for breakfast were hard and dried out a couple hours into breakfast. Drywall dust and screws on the floor in the rooms. A quick cleanup making sure to look in the corners will fix this. The only thing that was a big disappointment for me was the noise volume between the rooms. I heard every footstep from the upstairs guests well passed midnight and beginning early morning. Be sure to download a sound app on your phone to drown out the noise.

Just okay. For a new hotel, the freezer was dirty and the lights in the bathroom only worked occasionally. I expect better from Hilton. Desk folks were friendly enough. But, I asked to be near the ice machine. They said no problem and then put me at the opposite end of the hall. And the common areas were too hot. Likely won't return.

Brand new property. Very nice, but even better ... the hotel employees were friendly, pleasant, snd welcoming. I interacted with Alexis during check-in and her personality and professionalism were A+++.|Very nice, Big room, with huge 55"TV. |Very reasonably and competitively priced.

I want to start first with this is a new hotel that once they get the kinks worked out will be amazing.|It is well decorated and the staff is working hard to get there.|That being said there are a few things that need addressed.|First is the pool. It is touted online as an indoor saline pool which it is indoor,however it was so cold people were stepping in and getting right out. |When asked at the front desk the young lady explained that they were having issues with getting it to heat.She did apologize but that means little to a 4 year old grandson who is unable to use the pool because his teeth are chattering or my wife who looked forward to just floating in a pool because it hurt her arthritis.|Also finding bolts in the pool around the handicapped lift and being able with one hand to move it side to side don't say a lot about confidence in it .|Thankfully we didn't bring a car needing electric charge because their chargers are not installed.|The breakfast is good except it is heavy on the egg theme. Thankfully we are not allergic to eggs but not a huge favorite and there are restaurants close.|Finally the bathroom. It is in need of an ADA review. Yes there are bars in the shower and around the commode but the "bench seat" for the tub was a plastic cheap seat from Walmart that could not safely sit in the tub,did not attach to the tub in anyway to the tub . |Also the gap for transfer was over 6 inches and impossible without significant help .||As I said has the presence to be great,just should have reviewed things closer before opening

The hotel was super clean and the rooms were practically new. Roberto Lopez checked me in and was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here! The rooms are spacious and have all of the amenities that you need for your stay.
