The hotel was clean and the staff were very effective. But the highlight of our stay was Mrs. Maria! With her wonderful people and cooking skills, Mrs. Maria has made us feel at home and wanting to come back!

I had business in Snellville that would run late and decided to stay out in the hinterlands. This was a clean facility. Latonya was a lovely front desk host. Jay, if I got his name right, checked me in. Moved me to another room after guests left their kids unattended. Nice breakfast and near the highways that lead back to Hartsfield Airport if you have rented a car and plan to drive back for a little under an hour right after sunrise. I won't do that again but I survived it! Clean and comfortable lodgings best of all.

Had a great time during the Thanksgiving holiday. Was able to secure the room early (thankful to Roopi who helped us) and our stay was great. Morning rush on breakfast was always interesting but the crew kept up with it. Room was large, clean, and met our needs. No issues with noise or neighbors.

First time here, always stay at neighboring Homewood Suites. We enjoyed the room, breakfast buffet, lobby coffee and outside fire area. Everyone was friendly, helpful and upbeat. Only issue, no body lotion in room (order had not come in apparently). Shower gel container in shower was empty.

The rooms are a nice size, but you should make sure its clean in the places you can't see at first look. The coffee and tea all day is nice and having the free breakfast is good but I do think healthier choices would be great. Make sure you are not charged twice for your stay.

I checked in from my app and selected a room at #402. An hr later I went to the hotel counter. I saw a male staff sitting at a table next to the check in counter and no one was standing at the counter, when he saw me, he asked a lady in the back to come out. So I asked if there is any upgrade option. The female staff looked in the computer said I could get two bottle water but no upgrade. When we went to our room, my digital key was not working; we went downstairs and got physical key and found our room was not even cleaned. (and she didn't know that? she would've have known from looking in the system) I was very upset, they found another room for us and we were able to get in. the next morning I told the same guy (that was sitting at the table at the first night) that I want a late check out. He said the latest I could check out was at 1PM. We went out to eat and put "do not disturb" on our door; when we came back to the room at 12:05PM, our key did not work anymore. I had to ask the cleaning lady to open our hotel room and we found our stuff was moved around. So even though "do not disturb" was at the door, they came in anyway. I was very upset and I asked the guy at the front desk, he said I should "re-key" in order to get in after 12PM. This has never happened to me at other Hilton chain, I think he simply forgot to note in the computer I had late check out. The staff at this location are very unprofessional and I am very upset at what happened with my stay.

Really enjoyed my stay there. Rooms are enormous with plenty of storage with a large separate setting area and spacious kitchenette. The staff was amazing!

The location is good, near the city area and shopping center. The staff was very cordial. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with no noise, so we get enough sleep. Overall, nice experience.
