During my stay, the staff at the hotel was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure that I had an enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel is close to the strip but not too close, which was ideal for me. Additionally, the police station across the street gave me a sense of security, which was great. The hotel is always well-maintained and kept in a neat and clean order, which is not always the case with other hotels. I am grateful for my experience and look forward to staying at the Hilton again.

I stayed here for just two nights on a business trip and seriously have had nothing short of a wonderful experience here. All of the staff have been friendly, my room is beautiful and clean, the pool area is fantastic, the water pressure does not fail. As a silver member I received my two complimentary bottles of water at check in, on my last night I needed one more so I went down to the snack area and had one charged to my room, Dakoy was SO friendly and asked if I also received a coaster when I arrived (which I hadn't) and told me I was able to use it at the bar for a complimentary drink. He made my night. Cheers!

I was snowed in because of the blizzard that just hit Idaho but they refused to negotiate the booking; no credit, no rescheduling, nothing. When they say "non-refundable," they are fanatical about it. They don't care if you have to risk life and limb to get there, you better get there or you will lose your money.

New property with tidy rooms and very friendly staff. Convenient little pool in the courtyard. No real shopping / grocer close by, long distance to strip. Convention center can be reached by bus in two stops. Location is not brilliant but prices are fair. The property is very well maintained. Breakfast is included but nothing to write home about. Rather solid. However I can recommend the property especially considering the nice beds.

Didn't have big expectations because this is a 2 star hotel. However, my stay was pretty bad. The room has an electronic curtain that didn't work so I will get a full bright room around 5:00 am. I complained several times and they sent a "technician" three times but he could never figured it out. For my troubles of not sleeping for 3 nights, they front lady offered me to remove 2 bottles of water that I have bought. Quite insulting

I really enjoyed my stay here. the room was modern, updated and clean. The ac worked well and quiet. The breakfast was great and delicious. The second day they said the cream cheese ran out and they didn't serve it on the 3rd day either. They also charged $17 per night for the parking. It was ridiculous. that's why they deserve 4 stars 🌟 🤩

The Hilton Home 2 Suites rebranded hotels are an excellent value. We recently took a trip to Texas, then a stopover in Las Vegas. Moving from one hotel to another, it felt like we never left. The rooms were almost identical. The only problems we had at the Las Vegas hotel was that the elevators were slow. In fact, one of the 3 elevators was out of commission for the first half of our stay. The shower door did not align properly and had to be forced open and closed each time. And as with a lot of hotels, the shower water pressure was not great. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Clean rooms, good service. Nice breakfast. I liked the fact that the parking lot had designated HHONORS Diamond member parking.

Good breakfast. Gym with heavy dumbbells, pulleys, equipment, scale, foam roller. Good clean pool and hot tub. Staff super nice. I'd love for them to reinforce the no diving and no jumping and parent supervision around the pool.
