I loved how the rooms were laid out. Feels like a little apartment with plenty of room for a small family vacation stay and / or work in the area. Wonderful desk with a pull out table for ample office room or a place to dine with others. Plenty of space for your clothes (2 sets of dressers and a closet. Staff was very personable. Located near the huge mall so there are plenty of unique sit down dining options proximal to the site. Breakfast was extensive. Plenty of healthy AND "fun" options (sweets). There is a nearby Publix grocery store if you plan to cook in the well equipped "real" kitchen.

We stayed for 7 nights and would have loved to stay for more. The rooms are large, airy, bright and extremely clean. Very comfortable bed and, most importantly, clean! |Lots of parking. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. The area is perfect for access to the beaches and great shopping just two minutes away at University Town Centre. We will be back as soon as possible.

We had to find a backup hotel in the Sarasota area after our original hotel booked out our room. This H2S was a great option! Brand new feeling, clean, terrific staff service and attitude. One of the better Hilton free breakfasts we’ve enjoyed. Easy parking and safe. Easy access to roads out. A little far out from the beaches, but it served us well. Thank you for a great stay!

Must say that this is one of the best Home 2 that we have stayed at. Starting with the front desk being so pleasant and fast check it - to the rooms being so quiet and clean and our dog loved it too! Everyone that we came in contact with had a smile on their face and a warm greeting it did seem like we were home! The only negative and it's a personal preference was the breakfast did not like the presentation, so we passed on it. Would stay here again when in the area. Keep up the good work you and your team seem to get it!

I have stayed at this hotel on and off for several months. The Hotel is clean, Beds are comfortable, Hospitality has been exceptional, It's nice to have people know you when you walk in the door and welcome you. Melanie and Amy are Amazing. The Housekeeping staff have worked tirelessly after big weekends with tournaments in the area. I would recommend this to Hotel to everyone. Out of the three on this road, this is your best choice! Feel comfortable, be at home and be able to relax. Great Place!

Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing that I truly didn't want to leave! Front desk, especially Kylie , was so kind and helpful with every request made or to simply say "hello "! And the man who was constantly cleaning and perfecting the public areas was very polite as well as the amazing housekeepers!! Couldn't think of a single negative thing involving my stay here. Can't wait to go back and visit them all again!!

A really great hotel. The evening receptionist in particular was really welcoming and friendly. We had just had a quite stressful day, culminating in our needing to book at the last minute and she really cheered us up. The room was very comfortable and clean as were the beds and furnishings. Even though it faced the I-75 (which is easy to access), the double glazing was enough to keep the traffic noise to a low level. Breakfast was excellent with a decent amount of options. Very happy. Recommended.

My husband and friend stayed the night here and we loved it. Hotel is only a year old and it’s very clean and the rooms are beautiful. The room still had that ‘new’ smell. Friendly staff. Free parking. We were only there for a night and didn’t use it, but there is a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. We enjoyed the free breakfast. There were a lot of different options. The coffee was also good. The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows - we just prefer firm and they are mushy. This is an excellent hotel.
