Arrived at 4pm, and was told that my room wasn’t ready, even though check in began at 3. The wait was less than 15 minutes, but still. |The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The towels were thin and small. A nice kitchen area, which included a full sized dishwasher. If you used every dish in the cupboard, plus those from the rooms on either side of you, you might be able to fill it enough to run it. |Was not happy with the fact that in order to use the INCLUDED WiFi, you were forced to sign up for a Hilton Honors account. Down in the fine print there was a way around it, along with a warning that you COULD be charged. I don’t think twisting arms and threatening are great ways to grow your program.

I’m only giving it two stars because they were able to give us a room after we left another Hilton property in the area as it was not up to basic cleanliness standards. Got up to the third floor, it smelled like food. Then we got to the room which smelled even more like food. The microwave was filthy- full of pieces of food. Fridge was dirty, shelves were dusty, food trash underneath the desk, desk was oily feeling. The only reason we stayed was that the beds were visually clean and it was 11pm at that point. The front desk was friendly, but it was only a one night stay so we didn’t bother getting switched. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I’ve stayed here twice. The rooms appear clean and staff are friendly. I say they appear clean because I’m convinced I caught staph from a washcloth during my first stay in summer 2023. I actually brought my own cheap towels and wash cloths the second time. The bathrooms are small but good enough. Normal level hall noise is very loud- not much soundproofing. Worse than other hotels. As for the breakfast… have you ever played make believe with a toddler who’d just gotten a play kitchen, and had to pretend to eat a plastic egg? Well today at breakfast I found out what that plastic egg tasted like. Not many choices- very small breakfast area. Coffee was good though. And the price was right.

Love Home2 suites. Great amenities, like a studio apartment: small kitchen, big fridge, dishes, microwave, hair dryer. We travel with microwave popcorn maker and watch movies and have popcorn. Comfortable bed. |Pet friendly, seen but not heard.

It’s ironic that this review tried to prompt me with a compliment to the pillows because these are the worst pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel. I’ve stayed at a handful of Home2Suites, and this one is definitely the most dated. That wouldn’t have been too big of a deal if I wasn’t greeted with a hard to describe unpleasant smell in my room with stains on the headboard and dirt in the bathtub.

Overall it’s a pretty good place to stay. The workers at the front desk could’ve showed a little more hospitality upon arriving and checking out. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just average to say the least. I would possibly stay again.

If I could give this establishment 10 stars I would. So, we were out of town and found out that our power was out. We came home set up the generator for the freezers.However, my husband really really wanted the internet with a tv so he could watch the Masters. We knew we couldn’t stay at our home. We let our senior aged pups use their potty spots and loaded them back into the car. We called and booked a room at. Home2 Suites in Ridgeland, Mississippi. The room was clean and very inviting. We unpacked for our two day stay. My husband picked up some food from a close by restaurant and relaxed and watch the Masters! We slept so good. The dogs never barked once, because the doors and walls were so soundproof. We got a text from Entergy that our power was back on! We were treated so compassionately by the front desk at our departure. Good not say enough of this place! We will be back!!

Very nice rooms we have stayed in Home 2 suites before in Pennsylvania and this just as nice I love the breakfast front desk is nice as well and breakfast people are nice rooms have dishes dishwasher plates bowls cup they have a pool and a BBQ grill out as well
