The lady in the front who helped me check in was nice at first, but I found out she was a little rude to my wife who needed some assistance with the door to our room. We got 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed. The room had everything listed in the amenities on their site. The free breakfast was good, but the coffee tasted a little old to me. Overall, it was excellent for my family of 5.

Shower of the Gods I find myself in MS quite a bit and had never stayed here before. The service was great, the breakfast was well organized, clean and sufficient. The location wasn’t great for what I needed and I would’ve stayed at the downtown Hilton but didn’t want to pay parking. There’s a lot of restaurants and such near this hotel but it wasn’t convenient for my needs. However, I don’t need much from a hotel. I want a clean room, employees who don’t hate their jobs and see their customers as an interruption from what’s on their phone, and a good shower. This hit them all but the shower was next level. Let’s be honest, we would never take the type of showers at a hotel that we would at home. We not worried about conserving water. It’s almost a right to take a long shower given what we pay. However, I think hotels know this and typically have weak shower heads that suck the joy out of life. This hotel’s showers are next level when it comes to water pressure. It was awesomely insane.

We stopped here to stay overnight on our way to NC. Overall we received good service but one of the pillows had not been washed or washed poorly. It had hair all over it, all the other pillows and sheets seemed to be clean. The room also had a very odd odor to it. We couldn’t pinpoint what the odor was from. We wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Great service, rooms were very tidy, plenty of towels. Plenty of channels on the TV, Netflix and YouTube capable. The free breakfast included with the cheapest available room was a nice touch.

Dirty bed linens and trash were left in the drawers from the previous guests. When I told the front desk about it they said that housekeeping would take care of it. The situation was not addressed during my stay. When I attempted to handle with Hilton corporate the hotel lied and said they addressed the concerns during the stay. It’s an ok hotel overall but if anything goes wrong do not expect the staff to do anything whatsoever to remedy the situation.

Stopped here on a drive from South Carolina to Texas. What a wonderful hotel! The staff were all very friendly, the hotel was incredibly clean. Our room fit our family of 5 with space to spare. The room had a mini kitchen and lots of space for clothes and working. The free breakfast was outstanding with options for everyone. And the coffee was excellent! There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a mini golf course right next door. Our kids didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Should we do the trip again, we will definitely stay here again.

First let’s start on how dirty the room was … hair on the toilet hair in the tub hair flapping on ac. Carpet feels dirty and sticky when you walk bear foot. Second got in the shower empty shampoo bottle, empty body wash, empty conditioner. Wife went to request new bottles and they said they were out of body wash only had shampoo and conditioner. Bed linen appeared as if there were slept on and the bed just redone.. wouldn’t surprise me. Completely wasted my points on a on a dirty room. DO NOT waste your points on this property or your money. First and last time staying here.

This lady called the police on us for no reason then starts yelling at for asking a simple question of why she called to police?! Her name was Shelia or something. Then she blamed a room way across the hall, and she said that she called three or four times when she only called once! This is the worse service I have ever experienced and she went telling someone we were taking pictures of her!? This isn’t even the first time she has done this just a few days ago she did the same exact thing we just trying to have good time and relax. Worse service!
