Very nice hotel. Home 2 Suites in each location we have tried has worked for us. Everything is top notch from the rooms to the gym to the pool and service.

Kinda near a mall as well as a lot of fast food places. Very clean and really nice and comfortable beds. Bright and airy kind of place and the laundry room was excellent. Not bad at all. Would go there again for sure.

While rooms are awesome and Cleaning ladies are good, the Breakfast service is terrible, the old lady is grumpy, no smile at breakfast service, there is no vegetarian option, and she closed the curtains sharp at 9am, even though I was eating and didn't even ask me if I need anything to eat. The corridors are hot in 3Rd floor.

Positive: The staff are the best! I wasnt able to get all their names but Hotel employee's were amazing! I was there for a procedure and they always met me with a smile and inquired if there was anything I needed. Negative: The water pressure in the bathroom was low ( the sink only), and the rooms had to be requested to be cleaned. Negative: ""

I’ve been to this hotel 3-4 times and overall good/clean hotel. The only reason they are getting a 3 star is because their EV charging station has always been broken other than the very first time I stayed. And in a span of a year I have come here 3 times, and all times almost all their chargers were not working.

Positive: The pool, the breakfast and snacks, but most importantly the staff. April did a fantastic job of making us feel comfortable in an incredibly uncomfortable situation (Hurricane Beryl). 10/10 Negative: ""

So, I describe a little about the room in the other topic, and now my overall experience. It's the first time in my life that I deal with a roach in a hotel room. And I'll be honest, if the pest control was made periodically, it's almost impossible to a roach goes to 4th floor. The pest control includes must include the sewer pass boxes, and all of those things. I'm assuming the hotel management made almost the pest control in the room and the common areas. But it's not sufficient. And they know, because here on Google I saw others reviews with this same problem. So I talked with the guy in front desk and he asked if I need assistance to remove the roach, and that's all. If my reservation was refundable I would certainly leave this hotel immediately. Don't get me wrong, the hotel isn't bad, the room is very good... But it's difficult to stay in a place after this experience.

When I walked in to check in the lobby smelled really bad, like sewage backed up. Someone was definitely smoking in this room. I’m disappointed because this is my favorite hotel franchise when I’m traveling for work… and I travel a lot. Not my favorite location. But I’ll be back because of the convenience of proximity.
