I love their location, rooms and service that they provide. Pros: The rooms are huge and clean. The elevator and hallways are well lit and clean. Employees are courteous and prompt to help and reply. The breakfast server also is prompt in refilling and keeps the area clean. Cons: The breakfast menu boasts of lot of options. However, I find that it is full of eggs and breads. It would be great if they bring in veggies for supporting the health of the families that come in.

Very disappointed. We in progress if move. Locally. Wanted to enjoy some comfort during stressful time. First Night? Adequate. Morning: told desk stay another night. 2nd. Night: bed not made up; no new towels; room not cleaned. I have stayed at motels that do better than that. Desk clerk told me had to tell desk to MAKE UP room?? Told her we would be staying another night??!! Really?

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times over the course of 2 years. I’m not thrilled but if you’re looking for location, it’s convenient. The pool is outdoors in the back parking lot. The previous time I stayed, my bedsheets had a blood stain upon checking in. I let the staff know early morning and asked them to change the bedding before I returned to my room after being out for the majority of the day. I arrived to my room to find my bedding wasn’t changed and the front desk staff had to change the bedding after the regular room cleaning staff left for the day. Rooms and hallways always smell like wet dog. I never really understand why Hilton has a rewards program since I’ve never gotten any tangible perks associated with being a Diamond Member aside from free water and a small bag of cheese its. I’ve gotten a free night or two as a Hilton Diamond Member since I choose to stay with Hilton for all of my trips but it’s difficult to really feel like you are appreciated after spending so many consecutive days in their hotels. They never have upgrades available for Diamond Members. I’m going to ensure I look elsewhere before I come back to this hotel. I wonder if the Marriott rewards program is any better? I may get my traveling work team to switch hotel chains. Anyway, I’m going to do my best not to come back.

Positive: Staff was outstanding and helped when we asked for any kind of assistance. They made our visit memorable by not getting in the way with questions or drama. We stopped at this hotel with the intention of staying one night before moving on towards Destin. We ended up staying 3 nights. We’ve never stayed at a Hone2Suites before. I’ll add this chain to our list of hotels to stay at in the future. The employees were very friendly. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we liked having a full sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc. The breakfast had multiple items to choose from and was better than some of the other hotels we stayed at on our road trip. The location was convenient to the beach areas and Pensacola.

Always loved the Home2Suites, but this location’s rooms were huge! Super comfy beds, lots of towels and well light bathroom. Checkin was fast and friendly; in fact everyone was friendly and welcoming. We had a Service Dog and staff was well versed and we had no problems. Nice touch with a doggie treat station even though our dog does eat. Pool was crowded due to heat , a hot tub would have been nice after a long drive. Several welcoming lounging areas. Breakfast was standard, gym open 24 hrs (great). Used washer/dryer (credit only). Military rate was given….

Leslie checked me in and was very helpful and accommodating answering my questions about the area. I’m here for work so this was my first time here. Whenever I asked Leslie for recommendations, she was always so sweet and helpful. I truly appreciated the excellent service. The hotel was nice and I enjoyed my stay. Very conveniently located to stores and restaurants. It was nice to see that they welcome pets.

I would have given a perfect 10 but. On arrival we could not check into our rooms for an hour and a half because the rooms were still being cleaned. After a 5.5 hour drive it's not what you want to hear. However, front desk was polite, warm and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable though and made for a great night's sleep....except for the dog that kept barking a couple of doors down and the kids who were running laps in the hallway. (I could have sworn I saw a sign that said no pets allowed..) Apart from that, the rooms were huge, the shower was actually hot, water pressure was good, lots of towels, and the rooms were very clean. We spent most of our time outside so I can't review breakfast and such. Proximity to beach? A quick 5 minute drive. No you can't walk to the beach. Bonus: parking lot in the back opens to grocery store and other shops. That was a pleasant surprise! Will definitely stay here again!
