This if our fourth stay at Home2 Suites by HILTON GLEN Mills CHADDS FORD, and we had the same excellent experience this time as we did the previous three times. ||||Clean rooms, fast wi-fi, free breakfast, strong water pressure, and close parking--everything you want in a hotel--are here. This location is near to many sites to see (Longwood Gardens, Brandywine River Museum, and Winterthur) and plenty of food venues, including Starbucks, Wegman's, and Whole Foods. ||||But the main reason we stay here is the excellent customer service. I want to especially note how helpful the desk clerk, Sayeed (sp?) was. He went out of his way to help us with checking in, and when I lost an item as I was checking out, he found it and then found me to return it. This personal touch, in addition to all the great amenities this hotel has to offer, makes it now the only place we will stay when we visit CHADDS FORD. ||||Highly recommended!

This is probably the nicest hotel we've stayed in. We were traveling & spent 1 night. Staff were very nice & we loved the room. Very spacious & modern. We didn't have breakfast there as we had already made plans to meet friends for breakfast at a restaurant. Very nice experience. 😊

Great Hotel for the price and even better service. I had issues with my reservation and billing and the whole hospitality and management team was extremely polite and helpful while we worked through it. Couldn't recommend any higher - they take care of their customers!

Customer service was great. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel wasn't noisy. Breakfast was good and coffee as well. Definitely recommend. My go to hotel when I'm in this area.

Location was great for getting to Longwood gardens and close enough to food and shopping in the area. Room design choices were questionable, but breakfast had gluten free options. Parking is incredibly limited, so don't wait to check in until lady minute, lest you miss having a parking spot.

Positive: The rooms are spacious !!! The staff is super friendly too! Great breakfast spread with egg sandwiches and omelettes, waffles, fruits, breads, etc. Pretty lobby ! It was great to also be able to use washer and dryer downstairs in the nice gym! :)

Very clean, very spacious, very friendly. We booked the rooms because one of our favorite hotels was full and we were very pleased... this will be our go-to hotel when we visit the Northampton area in the future. Everyone on staff was very friendly and the room was superb. Great place to say, especially if you plan on more than a day or two.

Great hotel with many amenities to recommend it, including a large free breakfast area, close parking, workout room and pool, and pet-friendly. But the best thing about this hotel is its staff. The front desk clerk, Sayeed (sp?), was outstanding. He helped us in so many ways, from checking in to checking out. He ever found an item I dropped and made sure he returned it to me. That personal touch means the world to a traveling family. Thank you, Sayeed!
