Rooms were actually decently-sized and had a nice layout. But ours was not clean. Especially the shower. And after a couple days when they came back to "clean" again, the shower was still untouched. Hair all over inside of it for our entire visit.

Exceeded my expectations! Clean, spacious room with a kitchen. Breakfast was better than expected. Good location - many shops and a mall near-by. Nice, clean pool. Good value for money. No complaints. Helpful and friendly staff. Price maybe a bit on the high side.

We had a quick trip over Labor Day and needed a place central to where he needed to be. H2S was perfect! Located central to most eateries we were very happy here. Our room was great, comfortable bed, and surprisingly quiet! We rarely heard neighbors which made it even more enjoyable and was able to sleep well as the bed was comfy! All the comforts of home away from home. No complaints, would definitely stay again if in Gilbert. The breakfast options were better than average with different sandwich offerings, frittata, make your own waffles. I didn’t expect much so this was an added perk. Highly recommend.

Had a really exceptional experience here - staff went above and beyond to help a complicated situation. Rooms were clean and modern with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, etc. Fun art on the property & ample charging outlets which was a nice touch. Pet friendly.

Positive: I loved to stay at the hotel and I was feeling very warm heartedly and happy. Thank you! Negative: I thought that the cleaning lady supposed to do cleaning in my room #208 last weekend but she didnt clean so that is one negative for the cleaning lady.

Comfortable rooms, large TV, well equipped kitchenettes and full size refrigerators. Breakfast buffet was no-frills, but good selection. Electrical outlets and USB power ports abound, and they actually work!

When doing an extended stay and trying Home 2 Suites for the very first time, I was overall impressed for the value vs cost.||The pros:||-Rooms are like little studio apartments (this location; some locations have one-bedroom suites). There is a fold-out sofa and ottoman. Some locations offer only queen beds, some offer only kings, some offer both (this location I believe offers both bed-types and then of course there are also double suites with two beds.)|-Good breakfast!|-they are cat and dog friendly but there is a fee (likely for cleaning)|-they DO clean the carpets in between stays. I saw the maintenance man with a carpet machine a few times (this is more than I can say for a Hampton I stayed at previously)|-semi-full kitchen. There are utensils, plates, cookware, and they have a fridge bigger than a mini size fridge, but not a full-size fridge. There is a dishwasher and a full size microwave. It is not a full kitchen however as there is no cooktop but I believe I have heard some say you can borrow an induction cooktop from guest services.|-This particular location has LG 42" hdtv's with DirecTV. You can swivel the tv to aim toward the bed or the living area.|-ironing board and closet space to hang shirts|-hanging divider for privacy though this appears so thin you can see through it|-desk area for working and roll-away table which could be used for various tasks||Cons:||-This location could use some etiquette training for their housekeepers. Many times they seemed to be in their own little world, walking around with headphones and glued to their smart phones in between cleaning rooms. I don't expect them to be my friends, but I found this kind of rude. When a guest is near and stopping on various floors they could at least say hello. To a housekeeper reading this; politeness goes a long way as does cleaning ethic especially if you would like to receive tips. This leads me to my next area to suggest improvement -cleanliness.||The property as a whole seems to be decently cared for. The guest registration area outdoors where cars pull up could use a good pressure washing, but the breakfast area/lobby, fitness center/laundry area was kept pretty clean as was the pool and patio area. The rooms could use a little more TLC. Mainly, I found dust in several areas such as on the plate rack, ontop of the microwave and table lamps both next to the bed and sofa. I mentioned this to the manager Kevin (who was a friendly guy) and he communicated it but the maid but she somehow missed it on her initial visit to my room. In fairness she came back and wiped 1/4 of the plate rack and left and at that point I just did it myself with the kitchen sponge and some soapy water. If Hilton prides itself on cleanliness then there is no reason things like this should be missed. Because if dust is missed how can we be sure what else was?||The shade to cover the window, though effective at blocking out the Arizona sun, is frankly not a good idea in my opinion. In the room I was in (613) it saw better days and this was one of the first things I noticed when I checked in is that it was crinkled from coming out of the tracks, what looked like multiple times. There were even some parts of it that appeared to even have holes. Not a deal breaker per-see but an eye-sore nonetheless in an otherwise good looking room.||Jonathan and Kevin, as well as the maintenance crew were friendly as were the breakfast attendants. ||Conclusion: All in all, a decent stay. Have had better but have also had worse. If they can work on improving the few things mentioned above they would be an excellent property.

Can't recommend. Stayed here in Sept 2023 for one night for business. Went to my room, the door was open and light on inside. I did not go in. Went to front desk was told that it was okay they just have problems with new cleaning staff. No, it is not okay, I am not entering a room where the door is open. Ask for a 2nd room. I go up, the pull out couch was left open. Seriously? At that point I gave up and went to sleep.
